I like that it was incredibly close to Newquay Zoo and it was only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Newquay.
When putting the address into google maps, it took us to the wrong direction of the area. But this isn't the owner fault, but more google.

beautiful and modern, clean and tidy with everything you might need for your stay.
location was a bit confusing as it is on a housing estate and the numbering on the properties were odd, We weren't keen on the communal area of the flat and the fact the communal entrance had no lock so anyone could walk in, but maybe thats just me thinking know where these days is safe.

Nice and clean and comfortable , good heating
Shared entrance way needed a bit of a clean but this not the owners fault

Clean inside and even left us tea coffee and towels and washing up liquid. Kitchen was fully equipped including large clean fridge freezer
Bed very comfortable with ample pillows.
Decorations all on the sea theme, so helped to feel on holiday.
It was too hot overnight even with heating down to 16.
The hall and stairs were not clean but I understand it’s a communal hall.
