7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
No welcome email was received from Booking.com or the owner, so when I arrived the building was closed and I spent 45 minutes phoning various numbers from the building and also on the Booking.com website. Eventually, I reached someone who asked where I got the number and I was then passed to a guy who asked did I not receive a welcome email. No apology was given. It was like as if It was my fault I did not receive the email. Very poor customer service all round.

Could use a set of cutlery or two and some extra hooks in the hallway outside the bathroom for coats?
