Fantastic location (just a short 5-10 minute walk down the hill to the town centre), comfortable, spacious and well equipped flat with great views out across the Newquay coastline as well as a great bit of people watching in the carpark below! The small but adequate swimming pool was a nice little bonus too.
The ensuite shower didn't drain very well so inevitably the shower base will start to fill up and flood out onto the floor. Be careful with the front door as its very heavy and can be loud in the corridor when it closes.

The pool was fantastic. The children had a fab time in there.
The ocean view was so relaxing of an evening.
Getting the rubbish sorted for when we left. It would have been useful to know how the bins are operated at the apartment.
