The view , the space, the comfort, the cleanliness, the ability to bring a dog.
The heating was way too hot in the bedrooms at night but the lounge was too cool. The tv had very few facilities like the ability to record on the free view or having Netflix

Balcony and View
Very poor wi-fi, lifts not working to 1st & 3rd floors
Desperate need of overhead adjustable speed door closers to entrance apartment door & 3 internal fire doors, perko chain type as fitted just keep slamming doors.
