A great little apartment and a good location, it was perfect for our needs a quite relaxing break. But I was definitel

It was a great convenient location. It was a short car journey into the centre and ideal for days out to Truro, Lands end etc. The actual accommodation was creat, the bed was comfortable if not a little bit creaky. It was a nice touch providing us with provisions to make tea, coffee or hot chocolate on arrival not forgetting the biscuits. They were very much appreciated. Lovely regular sized fridge and freezer so we could do a single shop to last for our time there. All interactions with staff were positive and everyone was polite and pleasant.

The apartment sometimes felt a little over looked as there was a road at the rear, it wasn’t a big deal as we adjusted the blinds accordingly to give a bit more privacy.

Lovely location nice view accommodation really nice just needs a bit of updating and some new duvets.

The bathroom was a bit run down which wouldn’t take much to rectify. When I stripped the beds on leaving I found blood on the single quilt which wasn’t very nice. There wasn’t a cover on the double duvet or pillowcases on the pillows for the bed settee.

Enjoyable comfortable unfortunately need some TLC.

Beds were comfortable, shower worked great and property was nice and warm,parking on site was ideal because the location couldn’t be better.

The apartment was tired. On arrival fridge and freezer were switched off! Once water emptied out of freezer it worked when turned on however fridge didn’t appear to, it’s obviously been a problem as the fridge door laminate is peeling off, after 12 hrs fridge reached temperature but light didn’t work! En-suite bathroom door anoyingly rubs on tiled floor making noise not ideal during the night. Additional easy chair wouldn’t go a miss but layout might need changing.

Lovely location and great space in rooms

Shower door broken but let staff know, wasn’t a problem but then couldn’t get other shower to work. Noticed cobwebs and I had to clean, what looked like blood off the bathroom door frame. Also could not get dishwasher to work and also dirty T Towel left in wash machine, which we didn’t use. Only minor things but all in all would come back again 😉. Staff were excellent help throughout, but we chose not to hassle.

Great to be so close to the beach and coastal path to Newquay.

The location was exceptional for visiting the beaches of Porth, Newquay and watergate. The property was clean and spacious. the showers were brilliant and all the radiators worked.

The back garden space was quite depressing and the noise from the road and the people walking past (very late in the evening - drunk and noisy) was almost amplified by the courtyard. Being on the ground floor meant we could hear all movements from the apartments above and the slamming of the fire doors in the corridor also kept us awake.

Perfect up until our last two nights

Great location, the apartment size was perfect for our family of four and had everything you could need.

Currently awaiting a response from management regarding a noise/ disturbance complaint which ruined our last two nights stay, everything else was great. The mattresses could do with being replaced, as it’s feels like the springs have gone and they lack postural support.

Noisy road noise from the rear bedrooms. Couldn’t safely open a window tinker in fresh air due to security. Would be hot in summer! Building work taking place next door at beach house, could hear builders during day and during night the building materials/ tarpaulin very noisy! Beds also small.

Excellent beach family location.

Excellent. I would differentially visit again . We got a Taxi straight from Newquay station. The open plan living, kitchen area was very spacious. Clean and bright . Is much bigger than the pictures. The ground floor apartment we had private patio big enough for private party. And a smaller one up a flight a stairs. You can watch the sea from here , We watched the moon and stars here. For me, felt like being in an 80's music video 💖. Rooms are good size..The house keeping team is very responsive. I called late in the evening. He brought me extra bed linens and bouncy fresh towles. And the young lady adjusted my shower. I am truly impressed. All beds are cosy and smell nice. The sofa bed in the living room opens up and closes up easily. Wi-fi is active. I have teenagers we was out at the beach all the time. Had so much fun boogie boarding 😎 no need for the gym.The beach is just across the road with two cafes both ends. Sand is clean. Porth beach is family friendly. With active life guards. The coastal walks are close by.its a short cut to walk into Newquay giving Fabulous views. And Treveldge point has well marked paths

The scenery was fantastic right on the beach. Even the cold weather couldnt spoil our holiday. The apartment was clean and comftable. The balcony was a bonus.

Little patio area for Apartment 3 felt quite cold as it didn't catch a lot of sun. To be fair there was a little sun bathing area at the top of the outside stairs but due to mobility issues I couldn't use this facility.

Clean and spacious, excellent location.

No dogs allowed but pictures of dogs on the walls. Very confusing as when you filter pets allowed the rear property comes up but when you go to book it , it then says in brackets no dogs.

First time in Cornwall which we enjoyed hugely, we would love to return again

Location was fantastic, very comfortable for me and my family with all appliances needed to keep everyone happy!

We found it quite warm in the apartment but nothing we couldn’t handle. Helpful to have a Henry hoover but a simple broom would have been great in addition.

Layout of apartment was great and very spacious, comfiest bed I've slept in in a long time, kitchen the best equipped I think we've ever had

Bedroom carpets definitely needed cleaning, we knew we didn't have a sea view but didn't expect to be looking at walls with lots of weeds, needs a bit of tlc, doors not closing properly, shower not emptying and kitchen sink leaking. Just small things
