Location is outstanding 3 minutes and you are on the beach. Very clean had everything you needed to cook clean and more.

Great location, beautifully laid out with sea views from two bedrooms and the lounge. Comfy beds and had everything we needed for a lovely family weekend away. Loved being able to walk out of the apartment and straight on to beautiful Porth beach. Easy to get to Newquay. Handy parking space.
WiFi wasn’t working which in a place where the TV is run on WiFi and with no mobile service was difficult - reported the issue but wasn’t resolved.

The location was exceptional for visiting the beaches of Porth, Newquay and watergate. The property was clean and spacious. the showers were brilliant and all the radiators worked.
The back garden space was quite depressing and the noise from the road and the people walking past (very late in the evening - drunk and noisy) was almost amplified by the courtyard. Being on the ground floor meant we could hear all movements from the apartments above and the slamming of the fire doors in the corridor also kept us awake.
