We had noisy people in the pool till midnight or later, which was right across from our room. We emailed management and we were just told they would email guests to respect quiet hours, which no one heeded to. One weekend, 3 nights, a drunk girl was yelling in the pool and drinking. I emailed them. Night after night, they did nothing! There’s no staff presence after 5:00. We had a sewer back up one morning, after a whole night of bubbling toilets emitting sewer gases. I emailed the hotel and they sent an email back saying there was a virus in the file. We had to get a staff person, who didn’t speak English to come and clean our showers. The management also deleted my thread of our complaints earlier regarding children screaming and yelling in the pool at 10 pm. The pool rules specifically say hours are Dawn to dusk. The kitchen has scratched Teflon cookware - very unhealthy. We had to buy our own pan to cook in. Many times in our 2 week stay, there were garbage and hvac trucks right outside our bedroom at 1:00 am, 3:30 am and 6:00 am.

Ouf! Too many things to say. first, NO SERVICE. Cockroach in the kitchen and the staff make nothing. Many time no laundry works.

That is the first property i stayed where no diswasher. The sade table lamp was also broken. They do not provide any broom or vacuum to clean the house after sandy trip to beach. Not even change the towels in 5 days stay. Pool was nit cleam when we arrive. Even the paid washer dryer was also not working properly. Not very happy with this hotel.

The unit I stayed in is near the trash/dumpster. I noticed the smell when I arrived. It didn't take long for flies from the trash to make their way inside through the jalousie windows that don't close all the way. They were a nuisance throughout the 5 night stay. The floors are filthy, not properly cleaned at all. My socks and bare feet showed how dirty the floors were. The water comes out of the tub spout like a firehose but pull the knob to start the shower and it trickles out, barely enough to rinse. The coffee pot is a tiny hotel sized one, so if you were smart enough to bring filters and coffee, the filters wouldn't fit anyway. I set the AC thermostat to 69 and the temperature in the unit never went below 74 all week. The cleaning crew that was there every morning filled the outdoor hall with ganja/skunk smell. I guess that's why they forget to clean the floors...

Nice clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Just a 15 minute walk to the Lauderdale By the Sea beach which has lots of restaurants and bars. There was also a convenience store, restaurants and an Irish bar around the corner. Rental company was very responsive to questions. Would for sure stay again.

This is a very nice place. I stayed in Decemeber 2024 and this was my second stay in 3 months. Everything was great. My only suggetion is that the no noise policy should be strictly implemented after 10 pm as this time there were young people making noises in the swimming pool nearly every night from 10 pm to 3 am!

The battery in the door lock was dead took about 10to 15 tries to get in and I was not able to get it to work again. No one on site to remedy it after a long day of travel I ended up with my luggage in front of a door that would not open at night and was feeling very unsafe

The place was decent. The location was good. Pool area was nice. It seemed clean except for the fingerprints all over the fridge and the floors need a good wash with soap and water. They felt dirty and left your feet filthy. Showers worked good. Overall the furnishings were cheap. I’m pretty sure they all came from Walmart. Some of the furniture was damaged but it’s not my house so as long as nothing broke when we sat on it then I could care less. I didn’t look dirty and nothing was falling apart, it just looked cheap and some of the surfaces were peeling. I would stay again for the price.

Great location, responsive hosts. advertsed as nonsmoking but a unit around#12 had someone smoking pot all of the time. the main bedroom stunk from the pot and the odor lingered. i will book again but will ask for a different location on the 3rd floor.

This property had lots of positives. It was well located, spacious, clean, well equipped with little conveniences that were very thoughtful. BUT - we stayed out late Friday night and planned to sleep in on Saturday and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Unfortunately, without any warning or notice, the property managers thought that early Saturday morning was the perfect time to do construction on site. The noise was impossible to sleep through. The 2nd issue was the ventilation system. This was a non smoking property yet seemingly the ventilation system in the bathroom was connected to that of another room and constantly pumped marijuana smoke into our bathroom the entire time. The smell was sickening and not something that we should have been subjected to. There was no attempt by management to resolve these issue with me. Wen I reached out to complain about these issues the response I got was "thanks for letting us know!" Not really a good answer. I really wanted to leave a great review for this place, but these significant issues are the reason I withheld 2 stars.

We rented an apartment that was described as deluxe for 5 people. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. There were dishes and towels for 4 people. Not even an oven mitt. A mini frying pan to cook only one egg at a time. A mini table with only 4 chairs. A very dirty and stained couch. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk barefoot without getting black feet. The cleaning of the apartment left something to be desired. The bathroom with bathtub was unusable because the paint was disintegrating. We had 4 to 5 people coming in to smoke every 15 minutes. We constantly had a loud background noise at all times during the night, because our room was stuck to a huge turbine. Unable to sleep for 9 days... We asked the host to change rooms and they told us that everything was acceptable according to their standards.

When we arrived to check into the hotel, we could not enter our room with the given code. As it turns out, someone else was staying in the room! It took multiple phone calls to get anyone to answer our call so that we could resolve the issue. Luckily, they did have another room available. The room seemed like most of it had been renovated, but one of the bathrooms was in very poor shape with paint coming off the tile, etc. The tub looked very dirty. We all shared the other shower instead of using the other one.

Property Managers communicated well, the staff membets we met were polite. My experience was very good although hurricane Milton's approch made it a little difficult to enjpy the property as planned. I will return ffor another stay.

I thought this property was average. The unit itself was older. Nothing accommodated more than 4 people and there were 5 of us for our stay. We had 4 pillows, 4 bath towels, 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 spoons, 4 forks, 4 knives, etc. There was nothing extra. I requested extra towels and pillows the night we arrived and they weren't delivered until 4 days later. The property itself seemed clean. The pool wasn't always clear and had some algae on the sides. There was a little noise from businesses across the way but nothing terrible. The main good point of this property was the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Just like the last Lowkl place I stayed, the place smelled like a tent at Woodstock. Kitchen accoutrements were sparse, although I did appreciate the paper towels. An what is the point of putting a coffee maker in the unit if you don't stock it with at least a few filters? I have go to buy a pack of a 1000 after I arrive? Thanks for the effort.
