Affordable, but Frustrating

It was clean. It was fairly private.

Beds were soft. Very crowded space. We were told we would get a King, ended up with a Double. Very little hot water. There was no remote controller for our HVAC. A staff member had a master controller and wouldn't give us one. They kept coming in to re-set the temperature. We were told to "put a blanket over the unit" if it was too cold. Were watching a movie. Before quiet hours, our neighbor started pounding on the wall (which was apparently very thin). In the morning, stovetop only worked on "Low" (one burner). Checked out three days early. Host refused to issue a credit for any amount. Booking gave us a measly 15% wallet credit.

Cute apartments very near everything you need!

The owner was very kind and helpful. The location is just over a block from the beach yet it was quiet and cozy. Make sure you have dinner at their excellent Greek American restaurant just up the street too!

Perfect for my needs.

It had what I needed and the space was comfortably appointed. The bathroom was clean as was the other living space. I liked the wooden slat wall areas and the barn door divider. I like the privacy and the gate door before entering into where the front door was.

Need a phone number to connect with someone as checkin instructions not totally communicated. Shower area could use a little shelf in the opposite corner away from the main stream of the water. Advertising said I need towels and sheets so I took them but when I got there, it was appointed with both. You may want to address that somehow as maybe some of your rooms require towels and sheets and pillow. Lastly, it would be amazing if upon first impressions your bed cover and blanket were of a modern neutral colour (something that can be washed after each visit). Check out some magazines. A very small investment can raise feelings "special place", quality and impact the value rating exponentially. The blanket and colour is the first thing you register and it appeared old fastion and not in current style and that first impression can be lasting unless you are able to see beyond it. This would be a very small change but speak volumes and raise one's quality perception.

It was HORRIBLE and disgusting.

My daughter and I started itching as soon as we got into bed. The head board has insect poop all over it!!!!!! I took pictures and we immediately left. Also there is no thermostat to control the AC and it was freezing inside! I had to drive 4 hours while completely exhausted without any sleep to get back home. I would like a refund asap

Amazing property close to the beach

It was cozy, comfortable and close to the beach

The host lied to us. She told us if we wanted to check in early she could do it if we switch rooms for an extra fee. She said it would be ready at 1pm but the room was t ready until almost 4pm. She wouldn’t allow us to leave our suitcase and when we brought up our concerns she told us what she was going through. She was super unprofessional.

Nice room right at the center of everything

Very clean room and comfortable beds. In the center of everything and easy walk to the beach. There was even an electric kettle besides a coffee maker for the tea drinkers like me.

I couldn't get the t. v. to work but the Wi-Fi worked so it wasn't a big deal. I didn't see a way to adjust the a/c. It was set at 73 degrees which was fine for my friend but was a little chilly for me.

Terrible human being running this place!

At 4:00pm i hadn’t received the door code so i called their office number and a woman answered the phone and was very rude saying she sent the door code and i should learn how the system works and I told her i travel a lot and she shouldn’t speak to me like im a ten year old and she said F-You! I couldn’t believe what she just said and i said excuse me and she said F-You again and told me to find another place to stay. This was at 4:15 on 4/25/25 Don’t give these people your hard earned money.

Excellent beach studio with all the extras and best location to feel safe for soloor any travelers at the beaxh

Everything! It was a perfect room with a bonus kitchen area that even had espresso coffee to use. There were two beds easy to join and they were so soft and comfortable. But the best was the staff. So accommodating and friendly! Even though this stay was on the main road A1A it had beautiful wood privacy fences and little outdoor areas that are private. The location was another amazing bonus! Just one block to all The restaurants and the beach and pier to see the little beachside village of Lauderdale by the Sea! I will return any time I am in the area!

A host Denitza é super querida e atenciosa, tem um Walgreens na frente e está próximo de tudo em Lauderdale by the Sea. Checkin is super easy/fast. The mini kitchen is excellent and I really loved everything about it.

Studio confortable proche de la mer

L emplacement près de la plage, le parking facile juste devant. Proximité de supermarché et restaurants à pied. Communication facile et réactive avec la propriétaire.

Le bruit des voisins les 2 nuits qui devaient se disputer. L isolation phonique n est vraiment pas bonne. On est loin du centre ville, donc il faut une voiture.

The Mattress was horrible , and falling apart, and you need to have deep pocket sheets which stay on the bed, Plus the floor needs a transition piece because of the different heights, it is a trip hazard which did cause almost a fall when getting up at night to use the bathroom
