It is a small simple room which was suitable for our overnight stay. It reminded me of the type of lodging you’d see in an old beach movie like Where the Boys Are. The price was good and reasonable for what we got.

The check in hours on Booking said check in was from 3 pm to midnight however when we arrived at 6 the office was closed. There was a sign on the door saying to call Iris (with phone #) to check in and when I called she informed me that the office always closes at 3 pm. She checked me in over the phone and gave me my room number and the code for the room’s door lock. The room had a dampness to it.

We will not be back again.

We did arrive late. We received a text from the front desk person giving us our room number and code. Our door was open when we arrived at midnight. I emailed the front office lady and never got a response. I needed more towels, but again no one was there to help. The front office was closed the the evening we got there and was also closed when we left in the morning. You get what you pay for...I guess. I will not be staying there again.

We didn't sleep there, booked a hotel across the street from this one.

We could not stay in the room that they put us in. It was not clean the floor and the window was dirty the blinds where broken and really dirty. We ask for another room & they said they didn't have any. I believe we booked a room with a Queen bed but they didn't have one. They room had 2 full beds that was very hard & not nice to sleep in. The pool was green. I tried to reach someone but no one was around to let them know we were not staying there, I left a voice message & let them know we booked into a different hotel which was very clean & very comfortable across the street from this one. I went by in the morning to talk to them & let them know when we did & ask for a refund they said we. Needed to contact Booking. Com. We would to be refunded for this. Thanks for your help with this. Mrs Kathleen Young.

The location is great.. the cost was good.

The bed was absolutely horrible, the blinds closed but were broken, no hair dryer as advertised, traffic was EXTREMELY loud in the room. I have to say I have stayed here before and others in my family have also booked rooms in the past, but I won't stay again. P.S. if you need to talk to someone there is an office phone number to call, unfortunately the office closes at 5:00pm. Check in is 3:00. They send a code to your phone or email to enter your room. Whatever happened to customer service.

Really is a great little place!

Kind of a hidden gem. Cute outdoor area with a nice pool. The walk to the beach was fast and stress free. Rooms were spacious and had everything we wanted. We even arrived hours early and they took care of us.

Being close to the road there was occasional noise but nothing terrible.

It's located near the beach entrance and not far to walk into town. The rooms are nice and big with regular flooring - not carpets that some places have in Florida. Check in was easy.

We were only there one night so we really can't say there were any negatives.

I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt that I was ripped off. They should’ve given me my money back.

It was clean and quiet and right in the middle of Fort Lauderdale.

We stayed one night less than we planned, and were not refunded the money for the one night we didn’t stay.

Great place for a quick get away for a couple, or a small family vacation!

The location was amazing... this is old Florida at it's best. Felt super comfortable and is close to restaurants, grocery store, and the beach! There is also a great coffee shop at the hotel one block away.
