Outstanding location just 3 blocks from the beach and pier. In front of the park and sports facilities, a block away from restaurants, shops grocery stores and pharmacy. Extremely safe. Fully remodeled brand new appliances and linens, central A/C. 2 story condo with living room and bathroom in the first floor with a sofa bed, small balcony. Huge bedroom in the second floor, large walking closet, one queen bed plus 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2). Unit located on the second floor.Laundry facility on the same floor outside the unit. Parking for one car. Enjoy the proximity to a beautiful and lively community in the comfort of a pleasant and quiet location.

Our family had a fantastic stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Coin laundry just next door to unit. We loved having two levels so my husband and I could enjoy a few hours together after our baby went to bed. Located just a quick walk to beach and restaurants. Nice park across the street from place for littles. Would stay again!

There were stores but we don't walk well so we just used delivery. There was no coffee in the unit, but we got some on our own. Even though we were not in the unit much, we enjoyed our stay.

In the bedroom on the other side of the wall, people fighting till 3 o’clock in the morning, hitting up against the wall, which is the headboard to where we was kept us up all night, and when we got there for two nights, the TV didn’t work upstairs in the bedroom But had great communications with the owner of the place we stayed in or the room we rented from him
