Arriving after check in hours - the owner met us with our keys upon our arrival. We arrived after 11:30p and called the owner when our flight landed. It was a smooth check in processes. The owner went above and beyond for an extremely late check in.

Perfect place to relax

Very charming small place and very clean and tastefully decorated apartments. Kris and Maria are most lovely people and the best hosts you can imagine who care about their facility and their guests. Great location - everything is within walking distance - beach, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Very nice pool area. I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to make a return visit.

It was quiet, clean and having a pool was nice. Owners/ staff friendly and helpful. I liked the coffee maker full of coffee and milk etc

The apartment was quite dated and the layout a little strange. There wasn’t really a kitchen as there was no sink and the only running water was in the bathroom !

Don’t sleep on this gem!!! Close to everything.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Aqualina. The property and apartment are EXTREMELY clean. Kris is the best host ever and he always remembers us. I will be back real soon.

Incredibly friendly and centered location to everything needed!

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and assistant. It was perfect distance to resteraunts only a few mins walk. The only few mins the other way is grocery store, Dunkin, and pharmacy. Seriously incredible. Was able to close by attractions like Downton Lauderdale, Riverwalk, and the Sawgrass mills.

Lovely Spot Near the Beach

This is a great spot in Ft Lauderdale By The Sea. As others have mentioned, there is a lovely pool/courtyard for morning coffee or evening drinks. The beach is a block away and there is a lovely area of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
