Central A/C, washer/dryer in building. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge w/automatic ice maker, dishwasher, glasses, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Linens and towels are provided.

The condo was beautiful and there were plenty of towels, kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. It had hardwood floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The unit was very roomy and well kept up by the owner. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, grocery store, dinner and tourist attractions. The heated pool was awesome! As an added bonus we met some wonderful people and enjoyed their company during our three month visit.

The condo had everything you could possibly need, great furniture, extremely clean, comfortable beds. Close to all grocery needs, across the road from the beach, within walking distance to the pier and restaurants and nighttime entertainment (free of charge). The pool on the grounds was an added pleasure. All tenants were friendly. Felt like staying in your own home away from home.

We are Iowa snowbirds that spent 3 months in this unit. The location is close to the beach (across St.) and within walking distance of a grocery store and small shopping center. Quiet,
safe and convenient. People are friendly overall. The swimming pool is wonderful. Heated,
and rarely used by tenants. The unit is supplied with everything you will need. The owner,
Joe D., was very easy to deal with. Always answers your call and addresses any problems
or concerns. We would highly recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed staying at the property - The owner was very flexible and easy to work with. Although the building is fairly old, this unit has been updated with a new master bath and wood floors throughout, which were beautiful. The furniture was not super fancy, but clean and comfortable, and you can tell the property has been very well maintained. The dishes and kitchen equipment were more than adequate, and much better than what I've seen at other rental properties. It is very convenient to the beach, just short walk across the street, and we especially enjoyed the pool just downstairs. There is a Publix and Dunkin' Donuts that is within walking distance and we had a wonderful dinner at the Sea Watch restaurant that is directly across the street. Thanks for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.
