our stay was very relaxing in a beautiful setting

the setting is absolutely beautiful overlooking the backwaters and very peaceful. great swimming pool and lots of space in the villa. it is kitted out very well as we did all our cooking on the bbq. near the beach and shops and restaurants.

We loved the layout of the house.

If I had to be picky we couldn't use the oven. It appeared that the oven door was on wrong. The cabinet directly next to it looked like it caught on fire at one point and they just painted over it. We used the stove top and the grill so it wasn't a big deal that we couldn't use the oven.

Never booking again.

I really can't think of one thing we like.

The beds are very uncomfortable and noisy. The deck looks nothing like the pictures. The deck is lose in some areas with nails sticking up. Becareful going down the deck steps, it's uneven. Every few minutes we had to kill bugs. We weren't advised of a $500 deposit untill hours before our check-in. I had to cancel my card because she wrote down and said she would put it in the system later. There's no dressers for your clothing. It's probably best you keep them in your travel bag because of the bugs. All in all, this was by far the worst stay we've had. If they update something's, it could be a nice place.

It was great except one major issue

The pool was great. Neighborhood was great.

There were roaches and bugs. That was uncomfortable and impacted the trip. We reported it and they were willing to fix it but that didn’t change the fact that there were roaches. We found evidence that they knew about the roaches before (roach killers). I am NOT a bug person, they freak me out. I was uncomfortable with my things being in the house and still haven’t brought them in from the car.

Very good

House was very clean, bedding, & bath towels all supplied. Pool was perfect temperature. They had noodles and 2 tubes for pool to use. Bathrooms looked like they were remolded in the last few years. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is really nice.

I wish they would have supplied beach chairs/umbrella for the beach. The outdoor decking could use a little TLC. Some of the boards are a little loose. The pool could use a handle/railing to help get in and out. These safety things were noticed more for me because I had my mom and mother in law along, both in their 70s.

Wir haben uns im Urlaub wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr großzügig, sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich war in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Pool sauber und ordentlich. Es war genau so, wie wir uns das für unseren Urlaub vorgestellt haben. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
