The location of the property is ideal as it is close to restaurants, shopping, the beach etc.

I stayed for three weeks at the property and of such was expecting that i will be provided with an additional set of towels and bed linen based on the occupancy and length of stay. I wanted a new set (as i thought it was an oversight of the cleaning crew not to provide another set), hence; i contacted the property and spoke to Leah. She told me that the company won't provide a clean/new set and if i want to have clean sheets/towels i have to wash them myself at my expense. She further informed me of the location of the washroom on the property and how much it would cost to wash/dry plus i had to purchase detergent. I asked her where is that policy stated as there is no evidence of it on the website or any communication from them. it was at that time that she send me an email of the "new policy" of the company. I was aware that there will be no cleaning during the course of stay but didn't expect to only have one set for three weeks. If your planning to stay for more than a week; note that you will have to prepare to use their washer and dryer to get clean sheets/towels at your expense. Additionally; the apartment that i stayed is in need a 100% renovation of all its fixtures.
