Welcome to "Martini Manor!" Enjoy this recently renovated, 2 BR/2BA home centrally located between the beach and Wilton Manors. This home is a Tropical Oasis and offers ultimate privacy while vacationing in South Florida.

When not relaxing in your private pool enjoy the BEACH which is a short bike ride or drive away (2 Miles-Vista Park). When it is time for dinner or a night out them Wilton Drive is your scene and it is a short walk or bike ride(0.8M) away. The "Drive" boasts restaurants, rental activities, shops, & bars for you to enjoy and can be a quick uber ride home after an evening of fun in Wilton Manors. We are also conveniently located to several grocery, pharmacy, and retail department stores for all of needs during your stay.

OUTDOORS IS ENTERTAINER'S DREAM

The outdoor space of this home is an entertainer's dream! The pool is equipped with two floats, a nice water fountain, and a heater should you need it. Guests can enjoy the covered patio area for conversation or catch up on your latest shows and don't for the grill. The home also has an 8 person wood outdoor dining table to accommodate you and your guests.

CHEF'S KITCHEN

The interior of this home comes fully appointed with an updated kitchen featuring an induction cook top with a separate stove and top of the line appliances. We have a dedicated coffee bar with two comfortable chairs to enjoy your coffee indoors or step back outside to enjoy. (Notice: Owner supplies coffee for guests) The home is prepared with indoor/outdoor dining and cooking supplies, linens, towels, new furniture, Margarita machine, a wine cooler, and much more.

The 6-person dining room is the perfect setting for dinner overlooking the palms and manicured yard.

ENTERTAINMENT

The living room has a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV with Directv. The Florida Room(Martini Lounge) is the living area designed for cocktails and conversations!
The Martini Lounge is very tranquil and is adored with a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 swivel chairs that is loaded with large windows that overlook the pool and tropical paradise.

SLEEP UP TO 6 GUESTS

Martini Manor can accommodate up to 6 guests. The home has a total of 2 bedrooms - 1 Luxury King bed, 1 Luxury Queen bed, 1 Queen Sealy pullout sofa bed located in the Martini Lounge.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the private and tropical backyard and has a 32" flat screen television, full chest of drawers and a spacious closet for your clothes and suitcases. The Master bathroom is located in the hall and has a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo.

The secondary guest bedroom consist of a Queen Bed, full chest of drawers and a closet for your clothes and suitcases. The bedroom is equipped with a television with Directv. There is an en suite full bath for the occupants of this room.

The Queen sofa sleeper is located in the Martini Manor and comes with a comfortable topper and comforter which is located in the master bedroom closet.

OTHER AMENITIES

There is a carport and circular drive that can easily park up to two vehicles. A dedicated office space is available for use as well for those needing to work while traveling. The home and grounds have WiFi available throughout.

Guests also have use of a detached full laundry room with washer/dryer at your disposal (stocked with detergent, iron, and board).

Tons of restaurants and grocery within walking distance.
