It was a cute and CLEAN unit!!! It had all the basic kitchen appliances needed, which was a great touch. Close to a lot of things. Quick 5-10 min drive to the beach, depending on which end you want to go.
For the amount I payed (over $1200.00)I would have expected at least 1 round of clean linens/towels. The water ran yellow the entire time I was there. Every morning we were awaken by the contractors who were renovating the units next door and around me.

The bed was comfortable, entering the apartment was easy, since communication was timely.
The central AC unit was a bit noisy. especially at night

Location is great
Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The floor did not seem properly cleaned upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The chairs were somewhat unstable and could use some maintenance. The mattresses also appeared quite worn and were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. With better attention to cleanliness and some updates to the furniture, the apartment could offer a much more pleasant experience
