For me just for the shopping the stairs was an issue. I did ask for ground level

The room was too small the bedroom including the beds was too small people in the area was smoking wee it was. It was a strong smelling wee.

It was a cute and CLEAN unit!!! It had all the basic kitchen appliances needed, which was a great touch. Close to a lot of things. Quick 5-10 min drive to the beach, depending on which end you want to go.

For the amount I payed (over $1200.00)I would have expected at least 1 round of clean linens/towels. The water ran yellow the entire time I was there. Every morning we were awaken by the contractors who were renovating the units next door and around me.

Unit was clean and well furnished

It was a nightmare to get the key the keycode did not work the electronic was down , impossible to contact someone, finaly i talked over the phone to someone who gave a lockbox number who was the wrong one and i got 5 times i 5 different lockbox code we staid stuck almost 3 hours outside under the sun before we get the good code, the first night was a nitghmare also the unit downstairs was rented to people who spent all the night speeding and driving they cars on the driveway in front of the unit in the morning the cars were crashed on the parking lot
