The property was dirty and didn’t look like the pictures. There were light fixtures broke and outlets broke. Signs about sex trafficking hanging up. Didn’t even stay sit to these conditions now neither booking.com or the facility want to give me a refund.

Reasonable value, handy location. Room decor was dingy and dark. The hotel required some updating

Our door code/lock was faulty for Apartment 103 on arrival. It was arranged for maintenance to repair it on Sunday 26th and meet me at 103 for 19.00am . This did not happen! I cancelled meeting anyone as it was eating into my holiday time. I just used the master key for the duration of my stay. I also requested and electric kettle to boil water. This could not be provided!!

I did not like the fact there was not a safe in the room to put valuables such as passport, personal items etc.. This I feel is essential as the hotel has no office or person to contact face to face. This was equally concerning as room 103,s door key code was not working . We also only had 1 key!!

Location. Only a few steps to the beach, to the little downtown area and to strip mall.

Been here for 11 nights - big mistake 1) Shower : No water pressure, takes long to clean yourself, if long hair, forget it. Shower head changed - no difference. 2) I ask 4 weeks before arrival for a room on first floor. 3 days before arrival again, because I am severely handicapped. I got a room on 2nd floor and had to climb steps. Very disappointing. 3) Only three chairs to lay down in pool area, always blocked by somebody else. 4) No customer service around. In the afternoon when sun is shining at the door, the lock does not work. It took us 25 minutes to get into our room, waiting in the heat. Customer service by mail did not even react to this. 5) We had to buy toilet paper and no bed sheets had been changed in 11 days. 6) Room was nice but rather old and not really clean.

The location was amazing. Within walking distance to the beach and Lauderdale by the Sea bar area. Conveniently located next to a Publix and plaza with CVS and dollar tree. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor area with pool was great.

The shower pressure was almost non-existent. I have curly hair and the pressure would not wash out all of the products I use while showering. The beds were also smaller than queen sized, more like full sized. My husband and I had are not big people but we felt squished laying together every night.

There was so little to like I think its honestly not worth writing out.

Once we arrived the exterior was completely trashed. The pictures don't show that at all. We went to open our door using the keypad and all the buttons were busted. You had to mash the keys. We finally got in and found crumbs everywhere. We called the number to get some help and they told us that, "It is close to the beach, there's going to be crumbs". I asked if someone could come down to check it out and it took a little under 7 hours for them to do so. I wouldn't stay here if I was paid to do so again. I asked for somewhat of a refund and they practically laughed at me.

Upsetting not a vacation could not wait to leave

Location good

Check in good. Then noticed floor was dirty not washed. Toaster top with guck on top ..toilet\ paper I roll and a half for 9 days. Told hotels charge for extra toilet paper and towel deal two some got a couple more but we did not. There was a washing machine that only took credit card no instructions anywhere.. Air conditioner beside bed and did not work properly. There was a humidifier in the room did not work. Have taken pictures. No one spoke English on site. But worst of all. Pool dirty. Other guests kept calling and they said they cleaned the pool every day they were informed they did not and finally showed up on Thursday, which was five days into our nine days stay, they skim the top where the grime was and put a little chemicals in the pool that was the last time we saw anyone and we checked out four days later discussing. Worst stay ever. After going to Fort Lauderdale by the sea, for the last 9 yearsdon’t think I will ever return there or book withbooking.com. By the way, another couple from Germany who had stayed there five years prior said it was nothing like what we experienced or what he was experienced this time. Thought I would let you know you asked. Such a waste of money, especially when our dollar as Canadians is so low.
