Liked location of property but would not stay again

The property was within walking distance to ocean and Fort Lauderdale by the sea. Lots of shoppping, places to eat and drink

The floors at the property were very dirty You could not walk around barefoot inside property had to wear sandals when walking on floors. Not sure floors were mopped before our arrival. Did not like had to pay $25 for early check in. Arrived an hour before 3 check in which I stated when booking property that staying before going on cruise and came by taxi with lots of luggage and time our plane was arriving when property was booked. I was told to call on arrival to get in and not told had to pay 25. The property was ready for check in but still had to pay or sit out in the yard with all our luggage for an hour and not able to start vacation so agreed to pay

No air conditioner in living room. Blind wind in second bedroom was broken. Towels were too thin.

Un lugar práctico para estar en familia

El lugar está muy cerca de la playa y de centros comerciales, estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina para poder hacer tu propia comida. Muy cómodo. Solo tuvimos un percance que estaba el lavadero cerrado con llave pero se solucionó rápidamente. No había reposeras para la playa, pero como estuvo bastante nublado no lo necesitamos. Los anfitriones respondían rápidamente.

Quizás eso que no había reposeras, pero estoy segura que si las pedía, lo iban a solucionar porque tenían excelente predisposición. Quizás me hubiera gustado más una mesa de altura convencional para 4 personas y no la mesa alta, pero es un detalle menor. Otro detalle que el freezer de la heladera no funcionaba, pero como no lo usamos, no tuvimos problema, pero quizas tendrian que arreglarlo! Perdon por no avisar antes!
