The property was within walking distance to ocean and Fort Lauderdale by the sea. Lots of shoppping, places to eat and drink
The floors at the property were very dirty You could not walk around barefoot inside property had to wear sandals when walking on floors. Not sure floors were mopped before our arrival. Did not like had to pay $25 for early check in. Arrived an hour before 3 check in which I stated when booking property that staying before going on cruise and came by taxi with lots of luggage and time our plane was arriving when property was booked. I was told to call on arrival to get in and not told had to pay 25. The property was ready for check in but still had to pay or sit out in the yard with all our luggage for an hour and not able to start vacation so agreed to pay
