2-Min Walk to the Beach! Sleeps 7 - Large 2BR2BA #5

We loved the location! We were close to many restaurants and the beach (which was very clean). The area felt very safe and comfortable. We walked to the nearby shopping plaza that had a Publix, CVS and other stores that would have all of your needs. There is a Walgreens and a laundromat in the other direction all within walking distance. It was close to the police/fire rescue stations. The water taxi is two miles away. As for the property, it was very clean inside and comfortable. The living room was a generous size, and it never felt crowded with our small group. The bathrooms were decent and you have plenty of sleeping space if you are traveling with your family. The kitchen was neat and functional. We really enjoyed the pool and the close location from our area. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and also has a covered patio next to the pool if you want to lounge away from the sun's rays. They also had a BBQ grill and table set if you want to cook outdoors.

One of our disappointments is to let other know is that the pool is not private, it is shared with others staying on the property. We felt that it was misleading in the description of the property. One of our most disgusting complaints is the dog poop outside of our back yard. (see picture) The smell hit you as soon as you opened the door! I personally counted 8 "dumps" in the rock border and on the grass! We had to walk by it to get to the pool so we were sure to wear sandals. We know it was dog poop because we saw the dog! Here are a few suggestions to make this place phenomenal! The pool area could use a pressure wash. (iguana droppings) The patio stone around the pool is loose. Watch your footing. Better pots and pans would be fantastic! A tea kettle would be useful. Perhaps some family games. Better beach chairs because the ones provided were broken. A beach cart or shopping trolly to bring groceries back home. Perhaps a bicycle on the property to get around the area. The door number needed better lighting for nighttime arrivals. (no biggie)

This was our first time in Ft Lauderdale!! The location to town was amazing! We were so pleased with the accommodations. Beautiful decor and updated and the bed was so comfy which is always great! The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool was a dream very quiet and serene and so relaxing just what we needed! We cannot wait to go back to this slice of heaven and we cannot wait to stay right here in #5 again!! L&P

A couple of small things just for the renter the tops blocks on the entrance to #5 need to be cemented we lost our footing a couple of times. The silver and black toaster does not work at all. So we used the toaster oven. The beach chairs could be replaced even though they are a bonus they are rusted and bent. A couple of the outlets were not working and were open with no outlet covers on them.

Super close walk to lauderdale by the sea and beach. Location was great. Great space and as pictured.

Wasn’t listed as a condo so it is a shared pool with about 4 other condos. When I got in contact with the owner they did tell me it was shared. It wasn’t super clean. Keurig was filled with bugs and ants were everywhere including the stove and countertops. Takes about 2-3 calls to get through to somebody. Toaster also did not work so a few appliances weren’t functional for our stay.
