From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible "homely" feel that is so hard to find when traveling. Russel is truly the heart of this property. He is incredibly welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need, from local dining tips to ensuring your morning breakfast is perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests' experience; he treats you like a friend rather than just another booking. The attention to detail here is stellar. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the tropical garden creates a peaceful, private sanctuary. We spent so much time enjoying the heated pool and the massive hot tub—everything is kept sparkling clean and in top-tier condition. It's clear that Russel takes immense pride in the property, and it shows in every corner of the house and gardens. It’s quiet, safe, and perfectly located near Wilton Manors and the beach is a short walk Whether you're relaxing in the library or chatting poolside, the atmosphere is laid-back and genuinely restorative. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Fort Lauderdale!

We love the Coral Reef Guest House. This has become our favorite hotel on the Atlantic. Wayne and Jerome, owner and manager, are more than accommodating. Excellent customer service and an actual feeling of family instead of the cold box hotels. Thanks to Jerome, the rooms are spotlessly cleans, the beds are comfortable and the linens are always snow white. As I often say, Corral Reef may not be the Ritz, but it's better than the Ritz.

The free breakfast menu selection was varied, fresh and filling. The pool and hot tub were both at good temperatures and all the staff were very friendly and obliging.
