A decent place stay. Just not what the pictures showed.

Location was great.

The mattresses were absolutely terrible, only had a couch that would be for 3 so the other person had to sit on a kitchen chair. Pool was cleaned for a few days. There wasn’t a list telling us anything about the property, like what we needed to do. Bug guy came and only sprayed under the kitchen cabinets.

One big misunderstanding

One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property was completely different from what was advertised. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and in a condition that was clearly unacceptable and uninhabitable. The actual state of the unit did not match the photos or description at all. I had to leave the property shortly after check-in, which was documented with photos. The response from the property management was extremely disappointing — no accountability, no clear decisions, and constant shifting of responsibility to Booking.com. There was no real attempt to resolve the situation or take responsibility. This situation resulted in significant financial loss, wasted time, and a great deal of stress, as I was forced to urgently find alternative accommodation at a much higher cost. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. It does not meet basic accommodation standards.

In my opinion, the hotel could benefit from some room updates.

I liked the price and the room itself — the rooms were large and spacious. The staff was always available and helpful.

Lowkl as a company is awful. They required an additional regiatration on top of the registration i did with booking.com. INCLUDING a current picture of my face. They had no regard for my data privacy concerns in the least. They said theyd send the door code a day before but only got to it on the day of. Check im time was 4pm, but the units were still being cleaned until 5pm. The lights were florescent white. And even the smallest one illumated the entire apartment like a costco making it impossible to relax.

worst experience, i will never book again.

I like the way it looks from the outside but the whole experience was a nightmare.

I didn’t like the fact when i booked it says I can go right away i was on the road and ready to sleep but when i got there they sent me an email saying check in at 4; so i requested my money back within 15 minutes to which they start giving me the run around and tried to take 92 from me for cancellation. needless to say i went to Sheraton hotel on cypress and paid a cheaper fee for the night and i was able to pay for two more nights because it was more luxurious and affordable than this. now i need them to do the right thing and let the 92$ go. I’m still fighting them for it through my financial institution.

Sketchy Location

Location was a little sketchy. It is one unit in an apartment complex that is pretty run down. Pool was closed but being remodeled so I am sure that will be nice in the future. Room was clean but furniture was very uncomfortable.

Good location

This place has so much potential. The location was really good close to everything. The staff was nice when i saw them around. When i messaged i always got a reply. Beds comfortable and kitchen equipped.

The outside of the building was outdated. The pool was very dirty and the elevator didn't work that well. We had alot of problems with the Air condition and some nights it was very hot. It was not what i expected when i saw the photos but i made the most of it

Overall after moving to the other room I was comfortable and would stay again.

The location was close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had utensils to prepare meals. The apartment was clean and spacious.

I was not given the correct code for check-in. One of the bathrooms needs a makeover. The air conditioning was not working. The pool needs to be painted. The facility could only accommodate one vehicle. None of the staff could speak English.

Terrible stay, it was not what I expected.

The location was the only good thing.

It was cheaply remodeled. One of the showers didn’t work. Contacted the office who promised to fix it but never did. It was very inconvenient since we had to share a shower between 5 persons. If you can avoid this place. As soon as we got there we were welcomed by the smell of marijuana. Once we got in we saw how cheap it was but ok. The pool was dirty we did not use it. Every morning day and night and in every single floor people were smoking weed, using a bong or shooting up God knows what right outside the door very comfortably so everyone could see. The worst was a family in the second floor smoking weed with their teenage daughters and a baby! I was so uncomfortable there during my whole stay. I will never come back and please read this. I had read a review but ignored it. I am so upset I didn’t listen to it. Unless you love to smoke weed and smell it all day long go for it. Worst experience ever. I don’t think even in Las Vegas did I smell so much of it. I don’t understand or believe how other people can give good reviews. The beach is not within a walking distance. It seems only drug users live there permanently. Scary place and once again I will repeat worst experience ever. Oh and the washing machine charged me more than the 2.25 they say. I am still waiting to see if they give me my refund.

The pool & pool furniture are way overdue for updates! We weren’t able to relax in the lounge chairs by the pool bc they were broken and wouldn’t stay in a sitting up position. When you sit on the side of the pool, you get paint chips all over your legs.

The stay was not the best, full of unexpected and unsafe conditions.

I know it was spring break but, young people were out of control. They do not believe in quiet time and were playing music until, 2:00 and 3:00 o clock in the morning. They were also drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. They left garbage all over the place. That was the only part that ruined the vacation. On the other side, our complex had the air conditioning unit out of whack staying on for the whole night and early into the morning. Our smoke detector had low batteries and it would beep on and off, all these issues affected our sleeping and relaxation. I call and left a message with the company but, some issues were unresolved. I have stay here before and had not experienced any of these issues. Thank you for your time and attention.

The kitchen was a little short on cooking utensils and an oven with no baking pan/dish. Bathrooms were clean and fleshly painted but we had a problem with the bath and I had to adjust the shower door. And the TV’s were all in Spanish which we couldn’t change even after I reported this to the office…

The location is great, a short walk to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants around. A huge plus for the pool, which was cleaned daily and was a great addition to our stay. Respectful community. The place itself was lovely, and very pretty.

Great location, large apartment, but very noisy because it is located near major intersection

We have stayed at the Bayview Regency for 2 months, December and January months. Here are the pluses of this place. The location is excellent, 12 minutes walk to the ocean, at least 20+ restaurants within 5 minute walk. Tennis courts are 8 minute walk south. The size of this apartment is very large, bedroom was spacious and the it had 2 fairly sized bathrooms. Tv had hundreds of channels to pick from Internet was strong most of the time. Kitchen has all necessities needed for basic cooking. Regular sized stove, microwave and fridge. We did lots of cooking so we had to buy couple of small things for the kitchen like baking sheet , scissors etc. The laundry costs $3.50 for one wash and dry. The machines are very fast. If you are Canadian you have to buy the laundry card, the wash connect app will not work on your Canadian phone. All towels were provided, soaps and shampoos etc were also provided. The pool area is very pretty with lots of seating options available. They keep the building nice and clean.

The biggest concern we had was the noise. The apartment we had -number 23, had missing glass in the windows inside the bedroom. Any car or noise happening outside the window was extremely loud. The apartment is near a major intersection so it’s noisy 24/7. This was the biggest negative about this apartment. If you like quiet nights this wouldn’t be a place to stay. There was no noise we could hear from the neighbours so the other units ( if they have all windows fixed) might be quieter. Pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming in the winter months.

I never stayed at the apartment. One look and I left.

The place was not at all what I expected. There were internal issues, broken screen, door handle that fell off, two inaccessible closets, one less bathroom than promised, poorly decorated. A broken elevator (my apartment was on the second floor) and no notice of when it would be repaired. I never stayed there. Apartment complex location very close to a highway and the area didn't look very safe. Essentially the place reminded me of an old-fashioned motel. I left and stayed at a hotel the night of January 1st and made other arrangements. I am trying to get a refund.

OK apartment that could have been great if it was attended properly. Now it was a disappointment.

Decent location. Pretty easy to get to and get out from by car. Walkable distance to the sea (15-20 minute walk). Good floor plan (2 bedrooms + living room with kitchen, 2 baths).

We had a bunch of issues during our 11 day-stay, all of them taking long time to be solved and not until we sent reminders about it through the messaging channel here at booking.com. The apartment was badly cleaned when we arrived. Not super dirty, but several minor things piled up, not really okay and stuff that was hard to catch on photos in dusky light; breadcrumbs and sticky spots on the dining table and chairs, greasy dishes, hair in the shower and bathroom floor etc. Was asked for photos of it when complaining but without info on how to send them (booking.com's messaging system does not allow attachments). Found and killed a cockroach in the kitchen first morning. FIVE (!) days later I get a message that they will come and do pest control the day after and needed access to the apartment. I have no idea if they ever did it. The AC stopped working one afternoon and we had to endure a very warm night and day before somebody, after a reminder, came to fix it. Also, the AC was VERY noisy when it worked, as in conversation-stopper-loud. The apartment was badly sound proofed and both buzz from the next door pub and backyard was disturbing, and also from other guests running and shouting outside and at the pool. The pool itself was cold (as expected), and very dirty (not expected). I don't think it was cleaned at any point during our stay, because there were leaves, toys and bugs every day in it.
