Had a wonderful time, in a nice spacious house
All the space, the (bath) rooms, the big yard. Almost all things we needed were in the house. It is very nice that it has a good AC system, which you really need in that area. It is well situated pretty near to different stores, facilities and the beach. There was even a fair, ten minutes walking distance and a well priced gas station. Everything was clean and most is well kept. We would definitely come back here should we ever visit Fort Lauderdale with more than 4 persons again.
We had some problems with cockroaches and although the neighbourhood was pretty quiet, the people there weren't really welcoming.

The one day stay was horrible. The next day, my wife had bites all over her Bad experience I would never recommend this
Nothing.
It was dirty and smelt like fish fry in there. We didnt want to stay there but we had no choice because it was late and the owner came over. The garage was full of his junk even a car so the garage was not usable. It’s like somebody lives. There He decided to change the air filter which was dirty then he tells me basically the dirty gray filter is not far color wise from the brand new white one. Said if we’re not happy, he will refund the rest of our trip and I had to go to bookings to get my refund then he decided he’s not gonna give a refund look at the pictures and you tell me if you would stay there.

Espaciosa
No había equipamiento de playa, tuve que comprarlo. No había recipientes para contener alimentos. No había toallas de cocina. Pocas toallas en el baño. Tuve que pedir más ya que éramos 5 personas. No había gas en la parrilla y se nos dijo que teníamos que comprarlo nosotros. Se suponer que debería estar disponible para los huéspedes. La renta fue costosa. Faltaron muchas cosas. El lavavajillas se descompuso y avisé al propietario para que lo arregle para el futuro.
