The property was phenomenal for the cost. The neighborhood was a bit run down. I would highly recommend if you do not care about surrounding neighborhood. The host was very accomodating and was super helpful with check-in and local recommendations.

Bad
Our initial reservation was for June 12-17. Due to the COVID and Governor’s Executive Order 20-87, we could not check in until June 15. They disregarded the order, insisted we check-in June 12, and charged us the whole week of stay. They claimed we were essential employees to justify not issuing a refund, and we are not. We were just going on vacation. There are also discrepancies in their contract. They say one thing and do another. Stay far away from this place! Unethical and opportunistic are understatements!
