It's decent

The location

The place served it's purpose but it needs maintenance. You basically get what you paid for? Do I recommend for a family on Vacation? No. But we were local and need an inexpensive place to stay. The unit was clean. Housekeeper did forget to check inside the cabinets but I didn't mind cause I wash everything everywhere I go. I love that we were able to bring our dog and the host was very responsive. Overall it's an ok place with potential to do even better if the spend some money on it.

The property needs maintenance. I didn’t like that the kitchen lights couldn’t turn off from any switch and some switches wouldn’t even work at times like there’s wiring issues or some sort.

I like the location and it was super efficient and I truly loved the front bedroom just made me feel safer than in master believe it or not. I was happy the location had cable and internet . I liked the host was communicative and always responded even for the time I rented .

The place needed to be aired out and have an odor eliminator , the toilet seat would move off center causing a pain to wipe , I had to remove the lid to toilet tank to fill the water up every time I flushed , the drain in shower had a horrible odor. The place was not cleaned correctly it was a shame becuse the place at first glance was exciting and then these issues just made the experience not desirable . I didn’t even stay for my late check out due to this issue. Also I had plenty towels but no wash cloth , I used my socks to wash my body . I actually am very upset the host knew this and did not offer a discount . There should not have been a cleaning fee because I barely made myself at home and was constantly having to spray a disinfectant to get through the night .

Would not recommend this stay for the price

Was clean

No tvs or wifi. Advertised as free wifi. Also booked it as two Apartments yet only one tv in living room and the internet didn’t work on that. Nothing to do when we were in apartments

Horrible and disgusting!

I didn’t like the fact that I checked into a unit that seemed wet and of mold. Mold could be seen in the vent of the ceiling and on the bathroom walls. The air conditioning filter was moody and dirty. I informed the property manager and she stated no one has ever shared any complained about the unit. I was then told to call booking to receive my refund and when I did so; the booking people stay that the property manager told them for me to stay the night and leave in the morning. I wouldn’t let my worse enemy stay at that place. To add the icing to insults property management charged me for a night stay in which I didn’t stay in the unit. I was in and out of that place in 10 minutes. Had to book another hotel for my guest and self which they provided no assistance. I would not recommend anyone to book from these people or any of there units. The pictures online are false advertisement. This units is very much a health hazard and risk. You know when the people don’t care when the telling you to stay at a place that can put you in the hospital. Stay far away!
