Please turn off lights when not in use and keep doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
Pets
Pets are welcome; however, a pet fee applies due to additional cleaning requirements. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and may be subject to additional charges.

Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Please do not enter the premises before this time. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request and must be arranged in advance.
Lockouts & Lost Keys
Lost key replacement fee: $100
Please return the key to the lockbox at check-out
Lockout assistance fee: $50
In-Person Assistance from Host
If in-person assistance is required (keys, parking, maintenance issues, etc.), please contact our team and allow up to 2 hours for arrival.
Back Yard
Please use caution on the back deck and do not enter the water. The area may contain wildlife, including alligators.
12. Neighborhood cat
The previous owners of the home had a beloved cat, and in their honor, a kind neighbor still stops by each day to feed it. The cat is very harmless and may occasionally wander around the property or neighborhood saying hello.
Please be kind and respectful if you spot our little furry neighbor—we like to think of it as part of the charm of the area.
