Our stay was excellent and we can’t wait to be back in the near future.

Everything, as a family with a toddler, we absolute loved the patio, the view and of course the silence.

Great location, average place

the wifi was very good and it’s a wonderful location if you want to see Assisi. The heaters work very well. There is a clothes washer although we did not use it. The host was available via WhatsApp to answer questions.

There is no microwave and there were not enough towels. The location is difficult to get to and hard to find. The lock doesn’t work very well.

Our favorite stay in Italy! Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Incredible gem of a property, a favorite stay on our trip. The kind of place you take pictures/videos to send to friends because it feels unreal (especially for it’s price). A spacious one bedroom cottage to yourself with a view of the surrounding countryside from the garden out front. Just a few steps from the Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi. Feels like a home away from home.

Sadly short but very sweet.

Location - though it’s hard to find, especially in the dark (it doesn’t map correctly). The bed was VERY comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of the other amenities so can’t comment, but it’s nice and has a washer that would come in handy. Really liked it and would stay there again no question!

It’s very dark so walking there at night you need a light (cell phone works once you know where to go). It took us a bit of time to connect with someone to let us in, but they were lovely & helpful when we did. Perhaps share an actual GPS coordinate that we can tell where it really is.

Exceptional

Fabulous! Perched on top of Assisi only 5 minute walk to San Francesco Basilica, restaurants and shops. The most comfortable bed... you will never want to leave! Updated throughout with high quality, comfortable furnishings for which Italians take pride to provide their guests. Full, clean kitchen with new pots/pand and gas cook top. Excellent hot water system and pressure in bathroom. Peaceful, jaw dropping view from garden. Michele was kind, hospitable, and available for any questions. Check in/out easy.

Struttura pulita ed in posizione centrale

Raggiungere la struttura è stato semplicissimo grazie al video condiviso post check-in online (diffidate da Maps). Per entrare nell'appartamento è stato tutto semplice, da remoto. Le indicazioni erano super precise. Anche per due persone poco avvezze con la tecnologia come i miei genitori è stato un gioco da ragazzi. L'appartamento è grande, ordinato e super pulito. L'unica cosa che può portarvi a non soggiornare in questa struttura se siete impossibilitati a fare i 30 gradini per raggiungerla, altrimenti è pure un allenamento. Gli host sono stati gentili e ci hanno seguito da remoto in qualsiasi nostra necessità.

Innanzitutto vogliamo ringraziare il proprietario per la gentilezza dimostrataci. Il posto è incantevole e vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e alla Basilica. Appartamento molto accogliente dove noi abbiamo passato un ottimo Natale. Posto consigliatissimo.

SENTIRSI A CASA

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni io mio marito e il nostro Desmo ( labrador). Bhe che dire la casa è BELLISSIMA super accogliente e PULITISSIMA, la posizione fantastica, veramente a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Il giardino privato e l ingresso indipendente poi donano alla casa tutta la privacy necessaria soprattutto a chi come noi viaggia con un cane. Super consigliatissima.

la struttura si presenta nuova, sicuramente abbastanza grande per poter soggiornare

la pulizia è stata pessima, peli ovunque: sul letto, nel letto, sul copri-divano, sul tavolo, per terra, in bagno. OVUNQUE. non ci tornerei assolutamente, perché ci vuole più rispetto, più attenzione ai dettagli. quando abbiamo prenotato, abbiamo letto le recensioni della pulizia (10 stelle) ma così non è stato. mi spiace ma presterei più attenzione, o per lo meno pare un check prima dell’arrivo dei clienti per vedere e assicurare al cliente la pulizia, che sarebbe la prima cosa che si vede nel momento della prenotazione.
