The location is excellent and the view is truly beautiful. The apartment is situated in a great area, which was the main positive aspect of our stay.
Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely cold in January — it honestly felt even colder inside than outside. There is no heater, and the blankets are very thin. Only decorative throws were provided, which are not suitable for warmth.
The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable, cheap. Only a minimal number of towels were available .
The hairdryer is very outdated and doesn’t even have a proper air nozzle.
We also found the tea glasses dirty on arrival and had to report it to the staff. Cleaning came when we were not home, without confirming the time with us.
One of the wine glasses provided was chipped.
sofa has xtremely small size even for 2 persons.
The hot water system works poorly. Hot water runs out after just a few minutes unless you keep water running in the sink while showering, which is very inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was not comfortable and I would not recommend this property for more than 1 night stay in winter.

Location
Customer service was really bad.
Evening temperature pretty low, no central heating just a little electric heater for all apartment. When we asked for an extra one, we were told they would provide blankets. I explained that we were cold while in the flat generally and not in bed, and I was told that if I wasn’t happy I could shorten my stay.
I ended up cancelling another booking I had with Kukun for another stay just few days after.
Teach your people how to be hospitable as that’s the reason of your business!!!!

The location was awesome and it was very secure and safe. The concierge was very responsive and prompt. The apartment was very spacious and had two bathrooms attached to the two bedrooms.
The road noise in both bedrooms in apt 104 was really excessive and we could sleep well at night. this apt was at the intersection of a very busy road and the vehicle noise kept us up all night. We did notice that they had placed ear plugs in each bedroom so the owners are aware of this issue. We asked to be moved to a different apt but they couldn't accommodate that request.

Apartment was in an upscale, modern housing building, with a swimming pool and a gym. Apartment is located in La Condesa neighbourhood, very near to Avenida Amsterdam. Many restaurants and bars are in a walking distance, and also public transport options (bus or metro). Apartment is very nice and big, but be aware, if you are visiting for short stays, you will not use it so much to enjoy what it offers, especially if you plan to go into city center. Parking was available in the garage for us, and it was great. If you are a tourist coming out of the town, be aware of the Hoy no circulation rules - you have to apply online for a tourist pass for your car, otherwise you can be catched by a corrupt police officer and will have to pay a fee, even though you are a tourist.
It seems there are more apartments on offer in this building, and the apartment we got was on the first floor - which was not great for two reasons: it looked directly on the very trafficky roads below, which produced a lot of noise, even during whole night. I would assume that traffic between 11:00pm - 05:00am is very heavy due to no-circulation rules aimed at out of town vehicles and private vehicles without permit, so many people and businesses probably drive during night. Sound insulation with huge windows/french doors is not good at all, and it is very noisy during nights, so be warned. It may be better on higher floors - if you get apartment on the higher floor.

Large windows and a little
Balcony with a nice tree right in front. Also the washer and dryer. The building was nice.
Broken furniture. Broken closet doors. One lamp did not have a switch. Not enough toilet paper, towels and coffee pods.

I liked having a kitchen and being able to cook. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer.
The pool is just a lap pool and it is cold and dirty.

The neighborhood was clean and safe, balcony was nice (no chairs on it though) the apartment was clean
No air conditioning. Mexico City has been HOT for the past month (despite the note inside saying it is a rare occurance) The management knew people were miserable and yet made no attempt for even a portable AC for one room. Only 1 floor fan for 2 bedrooms and a living room - a fight to the death to see who would get to have a fan in a 28C room (the apartment never fell below that) Couldn't open windows - lots of street noise all night long. The main bathroom has a large clear window in the shower - looking directly into the apartments closely across the alley. I watched the man get off the elevator and enter his living room. A woman in her bedroom and kitchen. So obviously they could also see directly into the shower and the toilet. NOPE! Just no. Deal breaker. We left after one night. Too hot, no privacy, unresponsive management, blinds not functioning, and the cleaners left moldy coffee pods in place in the nespresso machine.

The apartments were nice and generally comfortable furniture.
it was excruciatingly hot with no AC so we were boiling in the rooms. They had provided one small fan per room that barely blew any air so it didnt help very much. Also, the bathrooms in one of the apartments had not been cleaned, there was accumulated dirt and hair in the shower and the shower door had clear water staining accumulated over time.

The location was easy to get to the main part of Condesa with just a short walk. The apartment was cute with lots of like details like nice local art. The closets were nice for unpacking and the bathrooms were built with nice surfaces (marble) and also had ample storage and hooks, etc. having 2 bathrooms in such a small space was a bonus, so was having a laundry and nice kitchen. The building and property was pretty. The building architecture was interesting and there were beautiful plants everywhere but this is where the quality ends. Most of the issues are easily solved though…there are a lot of cheap corners being taken here. Like all the other reviews it is hot, but that could be fixable!! If the corporation that runs this really m.
When we first arrived it was 80+ degrees in the apartment and the floors had muddy footprints, was sticky and had things spilled all over. It was filthy. They only provide one fan (for a 2 bedroom with 3 people) and it was hard to get another one (at first they told me they couldn’t find another one and when I offered to buy it and they could reimburse me they said no). It took contacting bookings customer service to get another fan and have them come clean the floors 24 hrs later. There was a nice breeze at night so the fan cooled things off but the bed linens are POLYESTER!! Making it unbearably hot to sleep and uncomfortable (so cheep!). Then there are mosquitos and street noise (though not as loud as other streets in CDMX) and no screens on the doors so you must leave them open to cool down but let in the noise and bugs.
There is nowhere in the apart for a family of 3 to lounge together. The sofa was tiny, old, dirty & uncomfortable and only seats 2 with no other chair (other than a dining chair) so we couldn’t all comfortably be in the same room.
The roof wasn’t set up for use-no cushions to sit on, dirty-as if it were closed. The pool also doesn’t seem accessible. I never saw anyone in it but there was a guard standing in front most of the time. It seems like it is more of a decoration than for function. The photo makes it look nicer than it is. We usually stay in Airbnb apartments (around the world) that are actually owned by individuals not corporations like this place. The benefit to that is the owner pays attention to details like if the pantry has cooking oil, are the knives sharp, are there stains in the shower from soap build up, etc. all of these things are neglected in this situation.

The location and price were great.
The road was incredibly noisy and kept me up at night. There was also no air conditioning. We didn’t sleep very well due to both of these things

Overall: 1 star experience
Looks nice but completely impractical.
For context - we have a travel company so travel for more than half the year and are used to staying in hotels, but here’s our feedback. I’ll keep it brief:
1) building is right between 2 main roads and is crazy noisy - even with earplugs.
2) The heat is crazy. No A/C despite being brand new and meant to seem to be luxuriously appointed. Given 24/7 noise you can’t open the window.
3) second bedroom is more like a broom cupboard
4) beds were insanely soft
5) rubbish customer service. We had booked for 3 nights but asked to cancel the remainder of our booking because it was so hot and noisy. They said it was fine, but that they would charge 50% of remaining reservation - which we thought was fine.
Needless to say they charged us for the full stay in the end.
Would not recommend for any and all the above reasons.

Clean, very nice and helpful staff
The property is on a busy road and it is extremely loud at night so was very hard to sleep. It was also very cold in the bedrooms.

Lovely facilities including gym, pool, and roof terrace. The apartment was large and had everything we needed! There was an earthquake during our stay but the staff were brilliant and made the evacuation process very easy and safe. We had a few issues checking in as it was quite late and the staff didn’t speak English but google translate saved us!

The location was close to restaurants. the layout of the rooms very good and it was great to have a washer dryer. We were given a second blanket promptly.
We were asked to sign up for an account, MyKukum in order to register our identification and receive our door codes. After I advised I did not want an account, they sent an option so I could send my identification via email. The level of noise from outside traffic, barking dogs from the next apartment was not acceptable. The apartment in January was cold and we wore our sweaters inside and used the extra blankets

The unit itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. It was in a secured building in a great location. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. It was convenient to lots of restaurants and getting uber rides. The manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay with Casa Taman by Kukun again.
The unit was on the first floor on a busier street, so it was a bit noisy at night time and the street lights shone into the bedrooms. Black out curtains or drapes would have been nice.

Roomy and good layout apartment. Very clean and secure. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great showers. Lots of supplies, toilet paper, kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Full size washer / drier.
Traffic noise was quite bad. Great kitchen but a lack of utensils/crockery was disappointing. Swimming pool was closed for duration of stay.

very clean, well located
flat had everything you need
it was a bit odd when we arrived as there seem to be two kind of receptions one for the guests and another for residents? anyway they send me from one to another, in the end I just felt uncomfortable and did not feel like ask any questions or favours
they were not rude at all, it is just that the whole reception system seemed to be disorganized

Will love blackout curtains for sleep in 😁

The stay was great. The rooftop garden amazing. If you stay here bring swimming caps for everyone, you can't go in the pool without them.

Check-in was a nightmare. They provided me with wrong room number and it took me almost an hour to be able to check-in and get to my room.

Very well located and with good amenities. The apartment is spacious and check-in was very easy and simple.
The regular check-in time is very late (3pm). I was very glad that I was able to have a earlier check-in, since I was traveling with a medium-size suitcase and my dog.

Location is great , walking distance to many options of shops, restaurants, library and close car ride to historic center and museums area. Beds are super comfortable and the apartment is ver well equipped
Swimming pool is quite small for the size of the building so it packs up easily and is not kept very clean
