Overall recommend as a place to stay — but they should re-evaluate their booking process

Stayed in the largest apt on the top floor w outdoor space. Enjoyed the decor, comfortable beds. Liked the apartment setup (kitchen area, washer/drywr, spaciousness) with benefits of hotel like front desk staff and breakfast (although we never ate it so cannot comment on how good it is). Outdoor space was nice, both the private space of our room and the shared rooftop.

Upon initial booking, I kept getting recurring messages asking for credit card info, even though room was paid in full through booking.com, and the messages were threatening to cancel reservation and at one point was asking for PayPal info. It seemed like a scam but also appeared to be coming from the hotel. We had to call booking to confirm our reservation. It was frustrating enough we considered just cancelling our reservation all together. This was especially off-putting as a foreigner coming into a new city. Without this circumstance, they would’ve received 10/10.

Perfectly located, beautiful, spotless

The location is ideal for everything you’d want to do. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and very safe. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed with anything you might need. It has all the comforts of your own home, but with all the conveniences of being at a good hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Will definitely return here in the future.

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful neighborhood! Would stay again!

The apartment was gorgeous and the furnishings were lovely—out outdoor patio was nice and had a lot of privacy! Perfect location in a cute part of town, easy to walk everywhere! Rooftop was great in the mornings or for sunset!

Bring your google translate and or brush up on your Spanish—Spanish speaking only in the hotel and around the entire area!

Amazing stay in Mexico City!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was safe and walkable to many restaurants and cafes within la condesa and attractions within a reasonable amount of time and if not was close to metro. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

VIP feeling!

100% recommend and would stay here again! Did a girls trip and this was the perfect spot. Our room was incredible. Had all the amenities and super comfy bed. Lovely terrace and the staff was exceptional and so friendly and treated us like royalty. The street had security and a gate so felt very safe (would have felt safe even w/out the street security bc the neighborhood was lovely).

Amazing stay in heart of Condesa!

Great location! The staff was exceptional, from the security guard to the doorman, the receptionist, and housekeeping. The room was large, kitchen fully stocked with all kinds of supplies/equipment. Water pressure for shower was great, large patio that we can sit and have our coffee in the AM. The Netflix account was great addition to sit and watch our shows to end the nigh. There’s a great Argentine restaurant right outside the gate. It’s so close to everything! We walked to Parque Espana and Parque Mexico every morning, great restaurants and amazing Wine bar nearby. We didn’t need to use Uber except for one night going out to dinner away from the area.

So happy with everything so comfortable, so clean I wish I could have brought my whole family.

From the moment you walk into the hotel it smells good and inviting. Front desk staff and security are there to assist you without hesitation.

I loved everything the building looks better in person than the pictures but that is not a complaint.

Home away from home

The apartments were very spacious and well planned. The terrace was a really nice bonus. The bed was too soft for our taste. The sound proofing could be better, but the staff made every effort to minimize the noise. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed on vacation!

Home Away from Home

Like having our own apartment with the amenities of a small hotel.The location on a private street in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood was near restaurants and parks. We had a beautiful two bedroom unit with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for the price of a hotel room. There was a small but good fitness room and coffee, yogurt and fruit for breakfast.And our host/concierge , Emmanuel, couldn’t have been more helpful with recommendations and advice during our stay.

Superb

Really loved staying at this place my only recommendation would be maybe a little bit more housekeeping inside the rooms on a daily basis. Our coffee bar area was not restocked daily and we had trash underneath the sink in the trashcan from the gas before us that left a bad smell in the apartment until we discovered where it was coming from.
