Lovely property; secluded feeling but located so conveniently in Condesa for great walk ability. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with strong coffee. The front desk people could not have been more helpful; we really appreciated them. They helped us make a reservation for an excellent mezcal tasting nearby and helped arranged a ride to and from the airport. Great house dogs (like Romeo in the picture)

Outstanding experience. The facilities are great (and we stayed in 3 different rooms) but it’s the staff that really make this hotel special. A terrific manager and a whole team who are friendly and helpful from start to finish. They create a wonderful community feel. Happy hour is a great way to mix with other residents, too.

It was perfectly located in the Condesa neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was stuffier than I expected, though the fan in the loving room kept that area cool. As I type I realize I should have opened the balcony door for a cross breeze at night.
