Overpriced souless corporate rental with lots of street noise

Comfortable bed and reliable hot shower. Very nice on site super.

Poorly maintained, filthy rugs, soulless corporate Airbnb, host very slow to respond and not accommodating, busy street with a ton of street noise in bedrooms.

The location in Condesa is wonderful; the big apartment was ver well equipped; Javier was a great help

Great apartment is a superb location for short or long stay in CDMX

the apartment was in the best location for us. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and parks within walking distance. the neighborhood is safe and clean, easy to get Uber to and from. The building supervisor - Javier, was amazing. the building is clean and secure with parking on premises.

Great location, large apartment, comfortable beds. 3 people and 3 bathrooms, excellent. Master even had a walk-in closet!

No place can be perfect, but I doubt a high-turnover short rental situation could be much better.

I'm a new traveler, so I can't compare much, but the few problems were minor and the management was communicative and attentive.

Minor details were things like a stove fan that didn't -- and couldn't -- work. Some doors that had to be adjusted in order close properly. Or a shelf placed in a situation where you could hardly get up from the table without banging into it. These are things that a homeowner can address, but I wouldn't know how much attention to such details a growing firm with hundreds of properties can give. All in all, from this inexperienced traveler, I was happy with what I got.

Staff were responsive, super was amazing, let us store luggage and had an amazing way about him

Clean, spacious, great location

Check-in says 3pm and then got moved to 4pm, Wifi was not functional for a few days and was very spotty, would have appreciated tea and coffee supply for the duration of our stay as ad says tea and coffee is available

owner should add newer photos of the appartment

The location

Looking at thr appartment in the photos is little bitte different than the reality. I think booking.com should always ask owner to post newer photos of the premises which state the recent conditions. What i did not like about the appartment was the light civer in the living room was brocken in the past and no new cover was added instead. The dirty water near the washing machine fromm the cleaning broom was obvious. I was using the offered washing Maschine which do make very loud noise, I think it was never serviced or someone was controlling it. Many tiles lost there colors and never changed with newer one. I can understand of shape shape appartment ofer the mixed style between old looking and modern. But the owner try to present his appointment as modern looking and if so he should take care of keeping it as so. Handels and looks of the balcony door are missing which make looking the door as impossible (the appartment located in a jigher level so it was not the securityissue but the moise issue what matters). Once arriving going out of the elevator was unfortunately facing a dirty floor I was taking a photo but it do not show the real colors of the floor. For me if I come back to mexico city this appartment will not be considered as a choice for me

Overall it was comfortable apartment with kitchen and accessible to other areas, not noisy and we had a good deal.

It was in Condesa nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, grocery. Close and accessible to other areas in city.

Nothing particular about apartment. We ended up taking mostly uber to attractions and it was traffic during day. México city vibe and lively environment made up for that.

Fantastic choice!

This apartment far exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, very large and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic! So many restaurants, bars and art galleries at a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying again.

Best place to stay in Condesa

This property exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at other Wynwood properties, but this one is the most spacious one so far. All about the property is good. For example the TV has AppleTV, so I can stream from my computer to the TV. Location is excellent, many great restaurants are walking distance. Not sure if all rooms have it, but the one I stayed had a ping pong table.

Muy buen apartamento, cercano al centro y zonas turísticas. Seguro y agradable.

Lugar muy amplio. Bien distribuido en 2 pisos. Agradable y bien iluminado. Seguro, con buen acceso controlado. Muy buena ubicación, con restaurantes, cafés y tiendas cercanas. La persona que te recibe es muy atento.

Para el departamento de alta calidad es de extrañar que no cuente con una buena cafetera (solo disponían de una de café francés). Falta uno o dos calentadores (uno en cada recámara sería ideal). Creo que incluir tés y café (como lo hacen la mayoría de hoteles de 3 o más estrellas) no le impactaría en costos y sería una buena cortesía para los huéspedes.

Grundsaetzlich gute Wohnung an bester Lage

Die Wohnung war grundsaetzlich in Ordnung. Der Online-Service mit Peru....war in Ordnung.

Auf der Fahrt nach Mexico City haben wir erfahren, dass die urspruenglich gebuchte Unterkunft scheins aufgrund von Wassereintritt nicht zur Verfuerung steht. Die Alternative war diese die wir dann eben 2 Tage bewohnt haben. Diese hatte jedoch nur ein Badezimmer (wir waren auf zwei angewiesen). Nicht gut war, dass die Wasserabfluesse im Bad offensichtlich nicht kontrolliert worden sind. Wir mussten selbst dafuer sorgen, dass das Wasser eben abfloss. Und warmes Wasser hatten wir auch erst nach Intervention.

Supero mis expectativas

Verdaderamente disfrute mucho el lugar, es un lugar bien diseñado y a mi parecer tiene más de lo indispensable. Mi familia y yo no tuvimos problemas con el ruido. Llegamos ya por la noche poco antes de las 12:00 y aún así nos atendieron super bien; verdaderamente el personal es muy amable y flexible.

Agradable estancia en Condesa

Piso amplio, equipado, moderno y muy bien ubicado. Muy buena opción para alojarse en Condesa. Bastante seguro con varias puertas con códigos.

Las ventanas son finas, se escucha bastante la calle, puede molestar si no estas acostumbrado al ruido urbano. Lo demás todo excelente.

Sin duda, me pareció excepcional la cercanía y seguridad que se tiene en la zona. Lo como y buenas instalaciones hacen que tu experiencia sea aún mejor.

No hay nada que no me gustara; sin embargo, creo que se puede mejorar un poco en cuestión de las entradas al apartamento. En mi caso, llegué tarde, se retrasó mi vuelo y no tenía llave o códigos de entrada. Estar ahí en la entrada a las 2:00 AM fue algo pesado, pero se solucionó rápido. El personal y la pagina dieron pronta respuesta.

L’accueil ; le gardien est toujours à l’écoute. Bien situé proche CR et tous les services.

Le soir la température chute et Il n’y avait pas de couvertures d’appoint. Il y a un petit radiateur amovible, néanmoins il n’est pas assez grand/puissant pour tout l’appartement
