The staff was friendly and quick to respond with anything that might help to make my stay better. I had a clean room with a great view, loved the shower (strong blast of hot water... especially nice after getting caught in a torrential rainstorm one day). Nice breakfast buffet with healthy options and variety, many items made in-house (e.g. bread, yogurt, pickled veggies...)!
I had a wonderful time walking all around La Condesa, Roma, and Bosque de Chapultepec, felt very safe and the hotel was a great location from which to base myself. Thanks for everything!

Nice room, fast check in. Good location in Condesa, easy to walk to many restaurants and bars. Room was nice, but a little noisy as you hear a lot of street noise. Breakfast was ok, good enough to get your day going.

Very happy with our experience there. Lovely staff, great location, wonderful shower, loved the private hot tub on the private balcony, even some vegan options (some days more than rice, beans and fruit, lol) at the included breakfast. Can def recommend.
