Hostal Roma Condesa

La ubicación es maravillosa. Genial la zona. Transporte cerca y es muy seguro caminar ppr ahí. Muchos lugares para tomar algo y brunch. Genial ese tema de percepción de seguridad y tranquilidad. Los instalaciones del primer piso son muy cómodas y fanvy pero si contrastan un poco con la calidad del último piso. Igual si no te importan la privacidad y comodidad vas bien.

Las camas no tan cómodas. El baño del último piso es pésimo. Si bien cada huésped debería ser pulcro en los baños, también creo q falta personal de limpieza diario. Los baños pasan con el piso mojado y el del tercer piso ni hablar. Inutilizable.

The property was in a prime spot very close to lots of cafes a d restaurant as well Parque Mexico and the Metro line Chulpancinco and the bus station. The terrace is also very nice . The property manager was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in and out and I also asked if I could leave my luggage with them since I has a late flight and comeback to pick it up later and they kept it for me in a secure place until I returned and retrieved it by 7 p.m same day.

There was a pile of hair on the mat in my room, the mat needs to be vacuumed and cleaned properly as it was really dusty. The cleaning of the bathroom needs to be done daily in my opinion as the restroom next to room 4 was a bit not clean due to use of guests. The nicest shower was next to room 2 first floor. For some reason the cold water is not running with the same pressure as hot water and it makes super hot in the shower that you need to watch out.

Estaría bien mencionar que no hay elevador y que hay cuartos en un tercer piso

La ubicación es excelente. Está en un buen sitio, hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca. El parque México y el parque España quedan cerca.

Nos dieron una habitación en la terraza y la gente se pone a hablar a todas horas en ese lugar, es muy ruidoso. Además, una madrugada una pareja se fue a tener sexo a los sillones de la terraza al aire libre, ahí justo enseguida de la ventana de nuestra habitación, gritaban y gemían horrible, a todo pulmón, y nos despertaron. Lo peor es que mi suegra se despertó y fue muy vergonzoso. Como no hay un vigilante o recepcionista a partir de las 7pm en adelante, esas cosas pasan, no hay control. Fue muy muy incómodo, la verdad. Hizo que mi buena impresión del lugar se esfumara con eso.
