Simple check in and 2 free parking lots with security check at entry and exit. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, opposite the property is Beletime and Aeon mall. Balcony stretched from living to master bedroom offering a unblocked sea view, the 3 bedroom unit comes with 3 bathroom (1 common, 2 within each room) which is very convenience.

All 3 bathroom has a strong sewage stench that lasted through our 3 nights stay and was disgusted by the stain on master bedroom toilet seat cover. Coupled with the sewage stench, the toilets are like public toilets. Was surprise by the condition of the furnishing of the unit, master bathroom vanity door & one of the bedroom drawer are dropping off, common bathroom heater switch cracked but workable, one of the bedroom window are dusty. A table fan with a broken directional knob. Pillows are too soft and bath towels are too thin, sofa is uncomfortable and a tv that offer only channels from Singapore. Two of the bathroom water pressure are low and not hot and ponding in Master bedroom shower.

We loved the view from the rooms. The instructions were clear for the check-in. The hosts were polite and offered to extend our checkout since the room was not ready on time.

The bath tub in one of the bathrooms was out of order. There was always water in the shower area as the area doesn't drain well and there was a bad smell because of this.
