A very friendly staff, good and cozy room.

The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite, and went out of their way to help us.

Spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, sea view & water filter provided. Prompt replies from the owner.
The access card for the lift has problems. It is such a hassle for us to keep finding the security guards to send us up. That was the major issue. I had the elderly with me.

Furniture looks calm and beautiful.
A lot of food area and supermarket accessible around the area.
Not well maintained. Quite disappointed because reviews kept saying so good and so beautiful. Yet housekeeping did not do their part well.
