The children felt comfortable and once they were happy, I was happy . Thanks
The place was clean ,well equipped , safe, all amenities worked. There was coffee offered and the dishwasher worked . There was nothing lacking in toilet facilities. (Ie having to buy toilet roll etc.)
I was nervous when first approaching the property as to whether it would be worth the money as the exterior did not reflect an apt advertised as 200 + euro a night. Still I kept an open mind until I was inside

Somewhat a dissapointment.
Over all a very nice apartment, comfortable beds, nice setup of the apartment with good living room and combined kitchen. Cookies and coffee…
The little things can make things go wrong sometimes. The small thing as a tea towel was not possible to have. The owner told me to use paper towels provided. The electricity was not stable, we had some blackouts when using the washing machine and dryer. Gave up trying to use the dryer due to this. Cleaning could alse be better and there is also some mould in the bathroom seiling (see photo). For people that like shower, it is a bit complicated as there is no holder for the shower head. Personally I am to big to fit into the bathtub, so bath is not an option for me.

La propreté des lieux: beaucoup de poussières sur les draps et meubles, rideau de douche sale, vaisselle peu propre. Fortes humidités dans certaines chambres (infiltrations d’eau), engendrant des odeurs désagréables. Travaux non terminés avec des prises mal fixées et des cornières de carrelage saillantes. Sachets de nourriture entamés dans le congélateur.

Résidence calme
L’appartement est bien situé par rapport au Groupama stadium et le vieux Lyon avec les transports en communs a proximité. Il faut compter une demi-heure d’un coté et une demi-heure de l’autre pour rejoindre ses deux points. Nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir garer nos deux véhicules sur le parking de la résidence et notre hôte a été réactif à nos messages.
Nos sommes venus période canicule, donc c’est vrai que la climatisation aurait été appréciable, mais il y avait 3 ventilateurs à notre disposition.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble mais appartement pas assez propre et tranquille à mon gout.
La décoration est sympa , il y a beaucoup de place , de rangements et d'équipements. Très bon contact avec l’hôte.
De la vaisselle sale rangées dans les placards et le quartier bruyant.
