L'immeuble et l'appartement sont récents (ou ont été rénovés récemment), ils sont donc en bon état et fonctionnels. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé, sa superficie parfaite pour 2 à 4 personnes. La climatisation et le ventilateur au plafond dans la chambre sont précieux en été.
Il y a pleins de places de parking gratuites à proximité de l'appartement et même au pied de l'immeuble.
Il y a un centre commercial avec supermarché à 3 min à pieds, pratique pour des petites courses d'appoint si on souhaite manger à l'appartement. Des lignes de bus permettent de rejoindre facilement les 2 gares de La Spezia ou le port afin de rejoindre les Cinque Terre, on peut se passer de la voiture.
Notre hôte a été de très bon conseil pour nos visites et nous l'en remercions ! Les plans et horaires disponibles dans l'appartement sont très pratiques pour organiser nos excursions ! Merci pour tout !

Accueil chaleureux pour la remise des clés malgré un retard du à une grève des trains. Logement très confortable, aménagé avec goût et bien situé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes de la gare de Migliarina, pour accéder aux villages cinque terre et prendre le train sereinement sans bousculade chaque matin.

Super gemütliches und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Küche gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Tolle Lage: schnell im Supermarkt und im Zentrum. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit.
Guter Ausgangspunkt um Cinque Terre und Toskana zu besuchen.
Schade nur dass die Schlüsselübergabe nicht persönlich mit dem Vermieter stattgefunden hat.
