Reasonable for someone more mobile

Location was fine ...access was very difficult more stairs than I could cope with . Pleasant and helpful host .

Great location for a central stay in Cardiff The property was great in every way from the cleanliness to the furnishing and the facilities it provided

The only thing which isn’t about the property is parking can be a problem. If you are parking up for the weekend, then loads of options. If in my case I left the property and returned a few times then you just need to look around for the available street parking. No big thing really given what this place offers

Nice apartment in Cardiff

The location is great, just an easy 15 minute walk to the city centre, train station and Cardiff castle. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Communication was excellent.

The stairs to the apartment are very narrow and the stairs to the bedrooms are even narrower. This didn't bother us because we only travel with carry-on luggage but even then we left our bags in the lounge room rather than try to take them upstairs to the bedroom. If you had large luggage I think it would be a struggle to get it up the stairs to the bedroom. However, this did not detract from what was otherwise a great stay

Lovely stay! Everything was decorated well and had a nice colour scheme! Check was straight forward and the host helped and was just a call away! The apartment had everything you would need and I would happily book again.

Excellent alternative to ridiculous high-price city centre hotels

Good duplex apartment in an old terraced house converted into three separate units. City centre location and good value for money compared to main hotels during Cardiff Uni Graduation week. Good use of space with lounge/kitchen/diner and well equipped with two comfy compact bedrooms and shower room.

Great location for walking into city centre, railway station and stadiums. But flat is situated on a busy, noisy and dirty main road with rubbish strewn all over the place. This is a problem in many parts of Cardiff…especially the student areas. Parking is also not as simple as it looks …certainly not outside the property for either short or long-term.

Perfect Weekend Stay

The apartment was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. On sunny days, it served as an excellent base for exploring, and on rainy ones, it offered warmth and comfort thanks to its cozy interior, comfortable sofa, and charming patio. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and flexible, ensuring the apartment met all our expectations. The spacious, stylishly decorated interior and fully equipped amenities made our stay truly enjoyable.

Everything was excellent — if I may gently suggest, an extra set of towels for stays longer than one night could make it even more comfortable.

Fabulous stay in this apartment great location for concert at the Stadium

We booked the apartment as we went to the Stereophonics concert at Cardiff Stadium. Location is fantastic , 5 mins walking distance to the back of the stadium. Communication with Jay , was very good , any queries we had regarding parking, early check in , he was quick to respond to messages. We paid an extra £30 to have an early check in ( which is not always guaranteed depending on cleaners) but thankfully we had this & arrived at 12.15pm which was helpful. We had the ground floor flat 1 which was great: very good self check in instructions, spotlessly clean modern apartment. Lounge/ kitchenette/ diner which was very well equipped ( small kitchenette - but perfect for a short break). Good shower , and comfy bed. We arrived on a weekend with UK heatwave (30-34 degrees outside ), & pleased to find a very efficient portable fan in the room. Best parking is Sophia Gardens pay & display , secure parking with cctv. Outside the apartment it is resident's permit parking only , but there are some 2 hour parking areas further down the road to use to drop off your belongings. Jay includes links to parking options with checkin instructions . Highly recommend this apartment.

Only comment which is minor is the pillows on bed are so thin, they need replacing really . You know pillows need replacing when you can fold pillows over in two - filling inside is now thin !

Jay is very quick at replying to any messages and super helpful. He gave us lots of great ideas as to where to go and what to see. Very easy to get in and out and gave us very useful information on parking. The apartment is well equipped, good wifi & tv etc, quiet suburban location, easy walk to Castle & City Centre.

Excellent location, helpful host, great value for money

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities included, and even had a large, sunny terrace (I had the ground floor apartment). The location was excellent, a few minutes' walk from the centre, where I attended a concert, but quiet enough so as not to be bothered at night by other stragglers going home from the concert/afterparties. The host, Jay, was very helpful throughout, always responding very quickly and even providing a long list of recommendations for things to see and restaurants to eat at in Cardiff, making me wish I'd booked a longer stay!

Convenient location, easy and distinctive to find. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Clean, modern. Well-stocked kitchen supplies. Bright, sunny bedrooms.

Only possible thing is we used a lot of dishes and there was no dishwasher. Not a problem since it’s a small area, just something to be aware of.
