The property was in a great location, easy walking distance into the city, with lovely views from the kitchen and sitting room. Parking, both outside the property or on the road wasn't an issue. The flat is well equipped, light and airy and spacious enough for 4 people. The flat was spotlessly clean and everything felt relatively new and well looked after.
There wasn't anything we didn't particularly like. The exterior of the property isn't the most attractive but don't let that put you off. If you aren't very mobile then this flat isn't for you, as there are a number of steps to negotiate at the rear of the property and the stairs are quite steep but this isn't a problem if you don't have any mobility issues. The bathroom is off the kitchen, which some people may not like but again this wasn't an issue for us.
