The property was spacious, and comfortable. It is a great location if you want to be in the centre of the Kelham nightlife, although it was also peaceful.
Parking was difficult on Saturday night. We did arrive at 7.00pm and had to park about 300m from the property.

Great location, easy access to Kelham island and city centre. Very good bus and tram service within minutes. Modern apartment, nicely furnished with spacious bathroom
Communication prior to arrival was poor. I’m not sure if it was a a system failure but I didn’t get an automated message with check in details, then no response to my message directly to the owner the day before, eventually I had to call 3 hours before check in. The apartment was ‘surface clean’ but in need of a deep clean. Under the bed was pretty bad with empty bottle, tissues and a build up of dust. The skirting boards and corners need a clean. The directions worked quite well but we couldn’t find ‘Cardigan House’ mentioned in the address. Just follow the instructions until you are standing outside number 9 with 2 key boxes and if you look to your right you will see Cardigan House. You don’t actually need to enter the door to the block as this apartment is on the ground floor and accessed just off the car park

The property was alright, good location and the apartment was decent
Not been given my £150 damage deposit back after leaving the place in a good state, no reply from owner and just been blanked and looks like I’ve been scammed out of that
