Borgo Riccio

An excellent base for exploring the sights of Parma. Very good wifi, air conditioning worked well, a very comfortable stay.

The apartment is on the third floor and the stairs might be a deterrent for managing luggage in some cases but we had no problem.

Nicely decorated apartment in a beautiful part of Parma. Very clean. Nice and airy...good air conditioning. Good size apartment with nice balcony and good views.

No fault of the owner, stairs are quite steep for seniors and heavy luggage. As it is most difficult to obtain a taxi in advance in Parma, I wish we had more help. In hindsight, I wish I would of asked Camille to book one for us. (Italy went on strike and we had to take the earliest train). We had to walk 35 minutes (my mother is 75). Very nice place and very well maintained.

Great location, very comfortable. Camille was a wonderful host.

Washing machine was not working during our stay. We arrived on a Sunday and it seems Parma shuts down for Sunday and Monday so I imagine it was not possible for the host to have it fixed during our time there. Camille came across as very conscientious, so I’m sure she had it repaired at the earliest possible time.

Mooie ligging en appartement

De host was onze boeking vergeten waardoor wij twee uur op straat hebben gewacht met onze spullen. Vervolgens was het appartement te gehaast schoongemaakt. Ter compensatie hiervoor werd ons de toeristenbelasting kwijtgescholden (10€ totaal). Dit was voor ons niet acceptabel, ook omdat de host de schuld in eerste instantie niet op zich nam. De host was moeilijk te bereiken voor onze aankomst. Na dit te hebben aangekaart bij booking, zou de host ons op de hoogte houden van ontwikkelingen in een oplossing. Ook dit is nooit meer gebeurd. Al met al slechte communicatie.
