Un petit appartement, une pièce + salon-cuisine +sdb. Idéal à deux, acceptable à trois personnes se connaissant bien.
Vue sur les toits de Parme, charmant. Bien équipé, AVEC micro-onde (mais pourquoi est-ce rare en Italie??).
Rien à dire de mal sur ce logement. C'est petit, mais tel que décrit.

This flat was brilliant - it had everything needed for a stay. And the king size bed was a nice surprise (not something I usually pay attention to). The flat was very clean, had soap, shower gel etc, which most Airbnb's don't offer. Kitchen was well equipped. And Silvia was most helpful and checking in on us if we needed anything.
Location was great as well!
The shower cabin was very tiny but as we travelled some more after the stay in Parma, that seemed to be pretty much the standard.
Oh, and there wasn't any dish soap but again, absolutely nothing to moan about, quick trip to the shop and sorted.

Very cosy and comfortable. Quiet but near the centre of Parma and close to all the sights. There is a well stocked supermarket a couple of minutes’ walk away. I appreciate a comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen facilities where I stay and the property had all of these. I slept well there and would certainly book again if I came to Parma. Silvia was available and made me feel very welcome. Although the check-in system is remote, Silvia gave clear instructions on how to do it.
I really liked the property so there is nothing negative to say

There is coffee and bottles of water.
Not worth the money we paid.
The sofa and the shower are in a pretty bad shape and the host only cares about collecting their 5 euros for city tax.
