Centrally located and great play to stay for longer duration

- Central location: close to Convention Centre and St George Mall/Cape Station - Part of Hotel/Apartment (Great reception area/multiple lifts/restaurant) - Excellent car pick up area (on hotel side as well as on main road) - Numerous cafe/shopping/grocery places - Excellent kitchenette facilities

- Rack missing in Toilet/Shower area - Shower/shampoo gel missing - AC could be added for summer

Great location, spacious apartment, free parking, access to CTICC, restaurants and shopping.

Work station not comfortable, kettle malfunctioning, no drain rack. Apartment needs an upgrade as items outdated (floor warping, air conditioning, appliances)

Very unhappy with the apartment

Hi Im sori for not replying before because im still cross the apartment wasn't the value that I paid the kitchen cupboards door hinges is loose besides the place wasn't cleaned properly the towels was stained the floors is a mess plus I had to use my acc to watch tv I have taken pic of the place in the bathroom is mould against the wall there is no soap dish in the shower no plug for basin an the plug for the kitchen basin is a problem I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody there is so much I can say about the place my previous booking was at the thuynhuis that was a wonderful experience I will send you the pics

Its located in the city centre. So close to everything which makes it very easy. The staff of the hotel and the host were very responsive and nice. The place was very comfortable for us as couple and i was able to work from there seamlessly.

Minor inconveniences. Wake up early as the sun hits you directly in the face in the bedroom. Could be solved with a thicker curtain.

a bit disappointing because the bathroom was smelly and dirty and the washing machine didn’t work.

+centrally located +nicely decorated

-not very clean (plenty of hair everywhere) -smelly bathroom -washing machine broken -no proper air conditioning (only an old one in the living room) and no blinds. the heat of the sun woke me up early. -slow elevators -shower can flood the floor because drain is clogged

Was welcomed by the host on arrival and shown around the apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations and was blown away with the attention to detail. We were in lack of nothing as all appliances, cutlery were provided. Amazing views com the apartment as it is situated on the 10the floor. Location was very central and accessible bro all the beauty and wonder Cape Town has to offer. Definitely booking again....

If you looking for a home away from home, then this apartment is to go for. It meets all the requirements

The number to call is an overseas number UK to be precise which makes it challenging if you need to directly contact them. But i was impressed with the manner they are so quick to respond via booking.com, but it would be more perfect if they have a South African number on booking.com. You do get the number from the host, a very calm and humble gentleman.

Solide Bleibe im Zentrum

Die Lage ist toll und der kostenlose Parkplatz unkompliziert nutzbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Balkontür war verbogen, sodass durch einen großen Spalt nachts der Wind durchjaulte. Ich habe es reklamiert, aber es wurde nicht behoben.
