Great location and value for money

- great location - was able to leave my bag early - small gym onsite that was good enough for basic workouts - pool - nice host - few minutes walk to a great sunset beach - 1 minute walk to big supermarket - safe area - clean apartment - good cooking tools and oven - good value for money

- no washing machine - little mould in bathroom (seems pretty common around sea point)

Lovely stay

Great location. Supermarket is 2 minutes away and the promenade 5/8 min walk. The appartement has enough space and is fully equipped. The building has a nice pool area and even a laundry room. Where you can do your own laundry for 70 rand and dry for 90. Definitely worth it for this price a night. The owners are very friendly.

The apartment can get quite warm. You need to open the windows and the door to cool it down.

Incredible location and value for the location, the owner was very good with communication, felt very safe. Access to streaming services on the TV was a nice bonus!

Could use an extra hook for towels and some updates. Solid overall though.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! It was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a 1 minute walk to a supermarket and some lovely breakfast spots. The neighborhood felt safe, and it’s only a short walk to the boulevard and the beach. The host was kind and welcoming, and the communication was smooth and easy. On top of that, the building has great amenities including a small gym and even a swimming pool! great value for money! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Convenient clean place with everything you need. Own private parking in area where parking is scares. We felt save. Budget friendly. Near the famous promenade, shops, restaurants, beaches and other stuff that you want to see and enjoy.

Great weekend appartment

It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, we'll definately be back. The double doors open up over a nice little garden, let's in a lovely draft. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a weekend away.

We struggled to get hold of the host after we got stuck in traffic due to an accident. For the rest, everything was great.

Everything was perfect. The location is so convenient. The place is cosy and comfortable.Honestly reccomennd if you need a slight get away. Host are amazing and always ready to assist right away. Loved my stay.

Loved our stay and the very clean unit.

How clean the unit was. Everything was spotless. The linen was crisp and clean.

That one drove off the road and parked in front of the building. Parking was not behind a secure gated area. When the reservation was made, I requested 2 parking bags……“not a problem”…..once I paid…..only 1 bay was allowed. Finding a secure parking area for the one vehicle cost an absolute FORTUNE :-(

Alles in allem würde ich sofort wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist super und man sich hier wirklich gut aufhalten. Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und ab 22:00 Uhr war trotz der zentralen Lage wirklich auch alles still, sodass man sehr gut schlafen konnte.

Das Geschirr und das Besteck waren leider schmutzig. Die gesamte Küche hatte noch Flecken auf Armatur und Herd. Der Boden war sandig bei meiner Ankunft. Auch der Fitnessraum ist schmutzig. Die Matte ist völlig abgenutzt und schwarz und auch die Geräte sind alt und unsicher.
