Great location. Supermarket is 2 minutes away and the promenade 5/8 min walk.
The appartement has enough space and is fully equipped. The building has a nice pool area and even a laundry room. Where you can do your own laundry for 70 rand and dry for 90. Definitely worth it for this price a night.
The owners are very friendly.
The apartment can get quite warm. You need to open the windows and the door to cool it down.

Die Lage ist super und man sich hier wirklich gut aufhalten. Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und ab 22:00 Uhr war trotz der zentralen Lage wirklich auch alles still, sodass man sehr gut schlafen konnte.
Das Geschirr und das Besteck waren leider schmutzig. Die gesamte Küche hatte noch Flecken auf Armatur und Herd. Der Boden war sandig bei meiner Ankunft. Auch der Fitnessraum ist schmutzig. Die Matte ist völlig abgenutzt und schwarz und auch die Geräte sind alt und unsicher.
