No smoking all around the yard

- great location - was able to leave my bag early - small gym onsite that was good enough for basic workouts - pool - nice host - few minutes walk to a great sunset beach - 1 minute walk to big supermarket - safe area - clean apartment - good cooking tools and oven - good value for money

- no washing machine - little mould in bathroom (seems pretty common around sea point)

Great location. Supermarket is 2 minutes away and the promenade 5/8 min walk. The appartement has enough space and is fully equipped. The building has a nice pool area and even a laundry room. Where you can do your own laundry for 70 rand and dry for 90. Definitely worth it for this price a night. The owners are very friendly.

The apartment can get quite warm. You need to open the windows and the door to cool it down.

The location is amazing. The accommodation is in Sea Point, near to the main strait, the beach and of an amazing Checkers supermarket.

The warm water of the shower lasted just 10 minutes due to if you are two people is not going to be enough time. In addition, the owner told us that maybe it was some puntual problem, but we realized that in fact, he knew perfectly that it wasn’t a problem and the power of the warm water only remains a few minutes. The house hasn’t an own washing machine and you have to move to other room in the community wash your clothes with a prior payment. It machine doesn’t accept international numbers, so you can’t use it if you don’t have a South African telephone number.
