Die Unterkunft ist ruhig. Das Bad ist modern und großzügig. Die Küche wird mit dem Besitzer gemeinsam genutzt, ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist zu Fuß schnell auf der Main Road mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Signal Hill bzw. Lion's Head kann zu Fuß direkt von der Unterkunft erreicht werden.
Die Toilette ist nicht mit einer Tür vom restlichen Raum abgetrennt. Es kann sein, dass man nicht direkt vor der Tür (Sackgasse) einen Parkplatz bekommt, aber meist in der Nähe oder um die Ecke.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la grande chambre avec un lit, extrêmement confortable, la salle de bain privée et la compagnie des chiens, Rodolphe et Chipounette.
Léon est une personne très respectueuse, accueillant, de bons conseils, discret nous recommandons particulièrement ce logement.
Le quartier est très calme et près de tout commerce et restaurant.
