Very bad experience from Sanders Regent
The location
On May 29, 2023, we made a reservation for the Sanders Regent - Lovely Two-Bedroom Apartment Near Central Square, and on October 4, without prior notice, they informed us that the apartment would not be available for my reservation dates. They suggested only one alternative, a one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, and at the same cost. I accepted it because I had already made my plans based on the original location, which I did not want to change. On the day of my arrival, scheduled for 4:00 PM, a few hours before, they informed me that it would not be available on time due to a delay in the cleaning crew, and we should come at 6:00 PM. When we arrived at 6:00 PM, to our surprise, we found not only was it not ready, but the cleaning crew hadn't even started. As a result, our apartment was handed over around 8:00 PM after numerous phone calls. I regret to say that such unprofessional behavior has never happened to us before and makes Sanders Regent clearly unreliable. Also, note that we observed that other guests were staying in the initial apartment we had booked.
