About this apartment rental
We are required by law to rent our properties for a minimum of 91 nights. Please take this into consideration when choosing your reservation dates.
This huge 3-bedroom suite in a house on Gordon Head Rd (very close to UVic / University of Victoria) is perfect for larger groups. It's quite centrally located, just minutes away from Shelbourne Avenue with its several malls, restaurants, pubs / bars, and entertainment centers. Many Victoria attractions are less than a 15 minute drive away.
The space features a huge living room with a Roku TV, a gas-powered fireplace, coffee table, 6 comfortable lounge seats. The dining room has a stylish black table with 8 seats, plus there's also a breakfast table in the kitchen with 4 seats. There are 3 well-furnished bedrooms, as well as 2 full bathrooms. There is also a great uncovered deck with a table, seating area, and BBQ included!
The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.
All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!
NOTE: This rental can be combined with the separate 2-bedroom lower suite to make a full 5 bedroom house with 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms!

The house is located on Gordon Head Rd, near UVic. It's a short drive to everything, and quite close to the ocean and several beaches.

- Montague Park (with playground) is less than a 10 minute walk away.
- Township Coffee is less than a 5 minute drive away, and is a delightful local coffee / tea / snack joint with the friendliest, most welcoming staff.
- Tuscany Village and University Heights Mall is less than a 5 minute drive away with restaurants, grocery, and other shopping options.
- Hillside Mall is less than a 10 minute drive away with more shopping outlets, restaurants, and more.
- Henderson Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away.
