The house is located on a 18000 sq/ft property beautifully landscaped. The property has a park like setting. Could be described an an "Adult Playground" with an Octagon Gazebo, swing, functioning water wheel, hot tube, fountain, flowers, shrubs, garden, sitting areas for guests to relax and enjoy.

Entry to the suite is ground level with French doors. Just outside the entry is a large covered deck with close access to the hot tub.

When you enter there’s a new kitchen with all appliances and attach family room area. The family room has a sofa bed that is queen sized. The suite has one very large bedroom with two floating king beds, a large second bedroom with a queen bed, a three piece washroom, and private laundry room.
