The place was very comfortable for my family and met all of our needs. Owner provided excellent communication and responded quickly to my questions. There was always a place to park my vehicle on-street. 10 min walk to a plaza for coffee, groceries, etc. Backyard had a few amenities like kayaks, games, but we didn’t use them.
Tv streaming services weren’t readily available; I had to cast from my phone. Outside looks a bit run down.

The stay was perfect!
The host was extremely friendly, considerate, and responsive throughout my stay - always quick to answer any question and offered some great local tips. Check-in was absolutely flawless, and everything was just as advertised - or even better!
The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, yet close to the necessities, especially Supermarket 88 (Vietnamese grocery store).
The house was clean and modern, with surprisingly spacious living room and 3 bed-roomds. I really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed, and the cozy lounge area. Wi-Fi worked fast, and along with all modern conveniences, necessities, allowing for a comfortable stay.
Absolutely will visit here again if I have a chance to pass by Vancouver.
