Private room in a Shared house

Easy access, quiet, chill zone! Super convenient to get to Kingsway to Skytrain. Love that they had a fan in the room.

Could have extra supplies like maybe a lighter for the candle!

Nasih (the host) is kind & accommodating. He allowed me to store my luggage in the living room after check-out, and responded quickly to when notified that soap & dishwashing liquids had run out. He was also kind enough to let me use the washer & dryer. The unit is well-equipped with all the essentials, and access to the bathroom doesn't feel overcrowded as there are only 3 units sharing it (max 6 people, but there were only 4 of us in the 3 units while I was there.) The house is located near the stops of bus lines 33 & 22, which run every 15-20min or so. Overall good value for the price.

You often hear footsteps of the people who live upstairs, but it's not terrible. Room #3 (the one next to the bathroom) has a bit of a stale smell to it and the carpet has some stain on it, but again not terrible.

We like how its near to convinience store, a bus stop, and a bakery shop, and this accommodation has one of the lowest price at booking app. The washroom was the cleanest, and the host let us check in 30 mins earlier. There's free 2 swiss chocolates and towels and toiletries and table inside the room, also we love the air cooler.

Its just that there's a bad odour we smelled when we came in the house and room, we needed to airfreshener spray the whole room amd open up the window. It's near the highway or main road so its not that easy to sleep early at night, good thing they provided a white noise music speaker. It's decent enough if youre not picky or dont like foul smelly room. You get what you paid for maybe?
