A cozy place for my stay at Vancouver

The administrator Dushan was very helpful and responsive. The location is quite convenient and easy access to buses.

The location is close to hospital, so there were ambulance sirens sometimes. Suggest the bathroom should install grab rail for safety.

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with included Parking a bonus in Vancouver. Location was perfect for us, close to the Vancouver General Hospital.

Spacious place in close proximity to Broadway and not far from downtown. Good access to public transportation (bus stops nearby, a couple of blocks from Canada line Skytrain). Great and generous host.

Can get slightly noisy in the nighttime due to close proximity of VGH and ambulances going from/to VGH 24/7

One of the less pricey options in Vancouver.

A bit tricky to check in without preparation because there was no front desk (I know that they sent the info ahead of time and I ignored it until showing up). It's an apartment, not a hotel.

My stay in December

The only reason I was interested in this place was the location (I worked at Vancouver General Hospital) . And the landlord was really helpful and nice.

The smell of the apartment was a deal breaker to me. The kitchen appliances had food resdu on them. I hope they could pay more attention to theses details in the future. Also, housekeeping just came for a towel change only. Nothing else was cleaned.

it’s a nice apartment, you have all the things that you need. the location is good, you have a drugstore in front where you can found different things.

it was not so clean, there were spiders and cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings.

Building lobby a little dated but clean, I don't know if all apartments are the same but the one I stayed in was a one bedroom with balcony on the third floor and was amazing, it seem to have been recently updated, everything was super modern, clean, kitchen and washroom had everything I needed, bed was comfy... I could see myself living there a while! And the person in charge seemed really nice, Thank you for the great stay, amazing value for the price!

Sorry for my English ). The best place for temporary or long-term staing. Pet friendly 🙂 Very friendly staff Dushan and Svitlana. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, detergents, washing powder. The location is excellent 👍.Near by Canada service center, banks, shops. Our family was very happy to stay in this nice house. Thank you a lot 💖

Not much to complain about, I do feel that there could be a little more effort put into cleaning especially the kitchen area, and detail instructions on what goes in recycling, garbage rules. Also having some staples available for cooking like salt and pepper, oil, etc.
