Across the street from David Lam Park and the seawall and a step from Hamilton Street and Mainland which feature some of Vancouver’s best restaurants and boutique shops. This is a newly and completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The third bedroom is also an office and can be prepared for 2 additional guests if desired. It overlooks the private grounds of the complex with views to David Lam Park and the water. The newly renovated facilities include swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and a gym. There is also a children’s play area and climbing gym in the grounds.
Water buses from David Lam Park to Granville Island, Science World and Kitsilano leave frequently. Walk along the seawall to English Bay and Stanley Park or Science World, Olympic Village and Granville Island in the other direction.

Everything about this property is excellent. The rooms are spacious. The decor is tasteful. The amenities are plentiful and the landlord was very accommodating and attentive.
